Staff is not friendly at all. They do not acknowledge you when you walk in. The employees stand around chatting instead of cleaning. Store inside and outside is always a mess. They push drive thru orders much faster than dine in. Music is way too loud in the eating area, like a night club. To the point I couldn't hear the employee talking to me at the register. Everytime we go in, there are a couple homeless people sleeping at a the tables. I'm giving it 2 stars for the fact the food was hot, and cooked correctly.

Only selecting a star because I have to in order to leave a review. Went through the drive through and asked Mary where the kids meal was on the menu and she stated the value menu. There was no value menu listed. I stated "maybe I'm blind" and she responded with probably. I did not place an order and she laughed at me when I asked her name. It's not a good look for the restaurant nor people working there. I will not be going back.

I had just finished my shopping at Home Depot and wanted to grab a quick bite to take home, and noticed the Jack in the Box in the same center, which I've never tried before. (I normally go to a different branch.) I pulled up to the drive-thru to order to get two tacos and a value curly fries. My order was taken without being given a total, which was fine. I pulled forward since there was already one car ahead of me. I waited about 6 minutes until I was able to pull up to the drive-thru window where I waited another 6 minutes for someone to open the window to me. A woman barely muttered my total as I handed her my credit card. I got my card back, but waited another 6 minutes until the window opened up again and I was handed my take-out bag with not a single word. I thanked her anyways while being handed the bag, looked inside and saw that my three items were there then just drove off. The food was so-so, and not what I was expecting for the amount of time that I had waited. I would definitely skip this branch if ever you're in the area and choose something else unless you're wanting to be disappointed with bad customer service and food. No thank you.

My wife and I just moved here from TX and tried the tacos and a burger. The food was tasty and fresh. The girl at the counter was extremely nice and they got the order correctly.

So I complained online about my experience at this location and although they wrote me back to say they'd be in touch it has been a month since that email with no reply. I just ran across their email and was reminded of the complaint. Haven't been back to Jack in the Box either and haven't missed it. They don't seem to care about their customers and maybe they just think if they ignore complaining customers they will just go away. So I will. I've been a customer since the early 1970's when we yelled our orders into Jack's head. Yeah, I'm old! Buh bye Jack.

Very very poor customer service the cashier name maygely rude, unprofessional, and not friendly .she's very disrespectful woman. I asked for a clean soda cup that I paid for it and she refused to provide me . And then she start arguing and fighting with me. I think Jack-in-the-Box needs to train the stuff more professionally. If she has a problem maybe she stay home not arguing with the customer . fast food is not cheap anymore. i'm not going to support the Jack-in-the-Box anymore. One person is ruined for the company.

This location pays little attention to walk ins. I work nearby and don't drive so I go inside. Almost every time it takes almost 10 minutes for a simple shake. I have 30 minutes for lunch and a lot of it is taken up because I can't get service. I'm not going in here any longer and it's too bad since their shakes are pretty good but I believe in good customer service and they usually don't provide it. They seem to care more about serving the drive through people than inside diners. 8 minutes to get a single burger today.
