I can never go wrong with Jack in the Box, so the food is always great if we're talking about fast food. I'm really giving this place 5 stars because of the kind worker who came out of the restaurant to check if I was okay because he was hearing a loud commotion outside of my window and was concerned about my safety. It seemed that there was a person yelling to herself behind one of the walls near the drive-thru. Thank you for being so nice!

Not a good jack in the box to come too I came for something real simple in order tacos. It took him 25 minutes to get me the tacos. The first time around they were cold. All they did was put them back in the fryer. Give them back to me and then let them sit there another five minutesand get cold again. I'm not happy with the service that I got here for something as simple as two tacos, I don't think it should be a problem. When someone is out to lunch, they go somewhere like Jack-in-the-Box and expect their food to be quick. In this case. My food was not quick and it also was not hot.

Martha was no help . I asked to speak to a manager because I have a gift card that has $20 on there and she said there's no manager on site which is really ridiculous. I just called Jack-in-the-Box 800 number and there's $20 on there they said to talk to the manager on site.

I didn't want to write this, but this is ridiculous.There's some middle-older age mexican lady with red tint hair and omg, every time she's here my order gets fucked up.Whether it's her forgetting sauce that she confirmed she put in the bag, the wrong flavor of coffee, or forgetting my orange juice. She always fucks up, and it's not a hard job. Please remove her or retrain her because this is ridiculous. Maybe once or twice but EVERY time she's here?????

Went through the drive thru the other day and unfortunately was given the wrong meal. Called in and the lady was super nice about coming in to get a refund so I went in and Andrew not only helped me with a refund but went above and beyond and gave me a whole new meal that was what I originally wanted. This is probably the best customer service I've received at a fast food place and I greatly appreciate it. Thank you, Andrew!

This location SUCKS. The customer service is despicable. Food quality is just okay if the employee's could manage to prepare an order correctly. I have been to this location many times with multiple issues. This morning my "meat lovers burrito" was just plain egg and cheese; no meat at all. Waffle sticks had no syrup and were burned to a crisp wreaking of dirty fryer oil. The dining room is always dirty and unkept. Employees laughing and gossiping in the back while customers wait. This franchisee needs to get it together. Seriously!

Only my 2nd time at Jack in the Box in the last 7 years. It took the TMobile freebie deal (chicken sandwich with a purchase) to get me in. A great example of a beneficial collab.I had to download the app to place this order. It's an easy to use app. It had a fantastic feature "make now" red button you click when you're close to the destination so you can have the hottest and freshest meal.The chicken sandwich is small in comparison to other businesses. Kid's size but it's fine. It's enough for a meal. The chicken tasted like Burger King's.The onion ring was very good. Crunchy, not oily, large. Too pricey though for the size ($4).Pull your car up to the drive thru window, and they hand you your bag. Easy peasy.
