The food was fast served, not impacted by the customer service. When I tried to go to the restroom to wash my hands before eating, was occupied. The person inside used the restroom for 30 min, we done eating and she just barely come out. It was a homeless lady, people were knocking to use the restroom and she was inside. That was disgusting, because for an emergency we get to use the restroom and not available that's a Shame. The cashier didn't interfere and not even gave us an explanation.

Definately not the best jack in the box... this is the 2nd time I've made a pretty small order and they completely jacked it up. How I dont understand. I ordered two burgers. One plain and one regular & both no cheese. Not what I got... Not sure how that's so hard to understand but now that I've let it slide on the first time, I feel on the 2nd time it was worth a review.

I normally don't complain about fast food places like jack, but this time the food was so bad pops and I couldn't even eat out burger. Chicken was disgusting !! Chicken was old and like reheated from past days.

Always a good place to grab a quick meal. Sometimes you just have eat on the run. While I enjoy the tacos when I was a kid, a few decades later, I still do. The nice thing is the all sound menu. Burgers any time. Breakfast late.

I ordered delivery from here for my kids school. it was a huge expensive order and they sent half of the food in the order. When I called the restaurant to get a refund or have the rest of the food sent, they refused, claiming that the order was correctly delivered. I feel completely robbed and there is no way to get my money back unless I call my bank to dispute the charge. I have spent far too much time arguing with some idiot manager on the phone and it is just a complete waste of time.

This review is for the restaurant located on Newport Boulevard and Mesa Drive . The service is absolutely horrible you'll see a bunch of people who are working but not really doing too much and the place is understaffed as when you walk up to order something either no one is available to take your order or after a few minutes someone will come and say they will be with you shortly . I have experienced this on numerous occasions and I would say probably five out of 10 times that I go to the store for food I experience this problem .. this is not fast food it is slow food .. and very often after you place the order there is also a delay which is annoying .. you could probably go somewhere else sit down and have lunch and leave in the time it takes to order food to go at this location .. I say boycott this location So that they get the message and make the corrections And at least this way They will see that the managers are not doing a good job
