AMAZING customer service by the catering specialist, Anna! We ordered via a third party website and realized after delivery, right before the event, that we needed to order more. Anna saved the day and party but jumping in and going above and beyond to accommodate our request. ---Separate from the last minute help, when the food arrived earlier today, everything was packaged neatly and labeled clearly with all dietary concerns! Would order catering from here again!

Really love this place. There is nothing you can order that won't be amazing. The green pasta and the seafood rice are my personal favorites.Don't skip the green sauce for the bread. It is spicy goodness and just on another level.This place gets very busy on weekday lunches. Occasionally I have to wait a bit to order after being seated. It came be annoying, but it's worth the wait.The staff is super sweet and they work very hard for your business.

I was really hoping to try their food today, but , the customer service was so rude, they make you feel SO Unwelcome there , my friend was the one who was treated like he wasn't belong there so I ended up telling him to not eat there. Sorry but I will NOT come back and tell my friends about this experience

I had high hopes based on reviews but was not impressed. Beef saltado (requested gluten free) was good but nothing special and the rice soaked up all the juices. The meat was tough large pieces. The ceviche juices were good but the fish was not great. Tough and had a strange flavor. As someone who has been to Peru twice and loves Peruvian ceviche, this was not it. Bathroom floor was sticky, though bathroom was well stocked. Staff was friendly and food came out quick. Maracuya juice was good. I like it a little more sour but it was good.

My wife and I differed a bit in our evaluation. I thought it was definitely a 4 star, she thought closer to a 3. But since it's my review..... 4 stars it is. I thought everything that I ate was pretty good. We got the chicken saltado and the lomo saltado. I thought they were both pretty good... A little less flavorful than LA's Marios, but still pretty tasty. We also got the calamari which I thought was also pretty good. The batter was light and crispy and it was well seasoned. The service was also good. The restaurant was nice and clean, but super empty since we went later in the evening.

On 8/9 I visited with my ophthalmologist at 15825 Laguna Canyon Rd, after my appointment I decided to have lunch at Inkas. During my lunch at Inkas I created a reel and posted a review of my experience. This evening the owner reached out to me apologizing for the way the server behaved towards me. I understand that people can have a bad day, and I do appreciate it when the owner or a representative of a business comes forward and apologizes for an unpleasant experience. As mentioned in my original review, the location has a beautiful patio setting and the empanadas were a favorite. I do believe wholeheartedly that restaurant reviews are crucial to the industry. It is a way for business owners to know how their staff behaves, or how well the restaurant is being represented by the staff. From personal experience, I know that knowing how to manage negative feedback, and learning from mistakes helps management to improve the overall experience for each patron. With this review I have rated Inkas a 4, because the owner took OWNERSHIP by apologizing for the way I was dismissed by the server.

Such a hidden little gem. I grew up in the Irvine/Lake Forest area and never have I been to this corner strip where this restaurant exists. They have a nice little outside area with heaters and good ambiance and inside seating. But since it's the colder season everyone sits inside. They start you off with some bread and butter with the Peruvian green sauce (which I absolutely love). The bread was very dry and stale but I honestly was trying to stay away from the bread so it doesn't affect this rating. I had an idea of what I wanted to get ahead of time so I had ordered the Chicken Milanese with the Green Pasta. Along with that to share I had ordered their Steak and Eggs which comes with fries, rice and plantains. Both were very tasty and packed with flavor. Even the Steak and Eggs as simple as it seemed was very enjoyable as the eggs were runny and adding the green sauce on anything just makes it a hundred times better. The Milanese was tender and the pasta with the green sauce is just such a delight to have. The service was friendly as well but they need to fix some of the lighting stuff on the inside like parts of the dining having no lights working and the bathroom area.

We've been coming to this Inka's for years but the service has gotten bad. We place an order online and I even called to ensure the order was received because you have to write which protein you want in the notes. We drive from another city to get it and the same lady who I spoke to stood there looking dumbfounded because she never put the order in and didn't even apologize, she shrugged her shoulders and walked away and another employee had to come out to assist. Such strange behavior at work, owners should check in on how their businesses.Also wtf are these mushy overcooked potato globs?it's really gross mushy potatoes, it's usually cubed potatoes, I have no idea what they served us.

Everything about this place was amazing. Have only been here twice but each time am presented with exceptional service. Even though I placed a to-go order David still brought out a glass of water with some bread accompanied with their Ajil and butter for me to have while I waited. The area is quaint and although slightly small, it is still decorated beautifully. Would definitely come here during their dinner service to enjoy out in the patio.
