The food here is incredible! This was my 1st time trying Peruvian cuisine and loved the dishes. The main dish was the beef tenderloin chimbotano. I can honestly say this is one of the best dishes I've eaten. The profile between the spices, meat and sauce were unique and blended together very well. I also liked the 'green sauce' that came with the rolls - it was a bit hotter than I expected, but still very tasty!I definitely plan to eat here again, and try some new things.

STOP SCROLLING and reading review after review. The answer is: YES! YES! YES!This hidden gem is a wonderful surprise!! Really good Peruvian food is difficult to find, especially when your family is Peruvian. With Anna taking such great care of us, it was like being at home. Quaint, comfortable and well decorated, you step into Inka Grill and enter another country.Oh the choices!! What yumminess to choose first?! The aji de gallina was delicious and so was the rib eye (a perfect dish for the carnivore I am). Chicha morada was a treat. We are looking forward to trying the plethora of other dishes. Enjoy the flavors of Peru, you'll be happy you stopped in.

I love this place! Everything I've had here has been delicious. Had the tamal: it was flavorful masa, filled with moist chicken, egg and olive. Moist and light. The Picante fish stew was a treat! Loved the fruity, yellow Peruvian chili flavor. Waitress was very helpful and attentive. Restaurant is cozy and has outside seating as well.

My favorite Peruvian place got shut down a few years ago, however, after moving into this area we finally decided to try a new place. Seeing this little shop in the busyness of the plaza, we were NOT disappointed. I've tried various foods such as the chicken with white beans and salad, as well as the basil pasta with milanesa. So fabulous! I only wish the bread was a bit better and not as dull, however, with great service and entrees, as well as savory ceviche, cannot give less than 5 stars!

Yes, I was not happy with this restaurant three months ago but I was in the area and had a craving for Saltado de Mariscos so I decided to give them another try. They did not disappoint! This was the best Saltado dish I've had in a long time, did not find fault with it at all. The fries were not soggy, it wasn't doused in soy sauce, the seafood was not over cooked, it was perfect. Estefani was friendly and attentive, and when I told her I was so happy with my food, she told me it does depend on the cook but the manager did tell them not to use so much soy sauce. My compliments to the chef!

The Arroz con Pollo is now salty. The aji sauce is very hot. Dinner rolls are rock hard. I've coming here for decades and the quality varied with the cooks.

Cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The complimentary bread was an unexpected starter; trying to avoid eating bread, I couldn't resist after feeling how soft it was. We started with their appetizer of 4 empanadas; I enjoyed my choice of spinach. For my first visit here, I decided to try 1/4 order of their signature Rotisserie Chicken (you're given the option for white or dark meat) with 2 sides (I chose salad and beans). Presentation was attractive; generous serving. The chicken was OK - quite dry (but appreciatively cooked completely). I love their spicy green sauce!Service was appreciatively unrushed allowing us to relax and enjoy our lunch. This was a first for me to see 2 price options on the menu (cash vs. card); paying by cash offered a small savings. Overall, a nice experience.

Dang! I forgot to take a picture. I really wanted some ceviche and made the brilliant choice to get it at the Inka Grill. Their ceviche rocked my world! I could not help myself and started in on it before I thought about taking a picture and I should have because when you think of Peruvian ceviche - this is what it should look like.I asked for it extra spicy and they delivered. Sometimes you get these giant chunks of yam that takes up a lot of space in the dish - just a bit too much of a good thing. The Inka Grill had the perfect sized yam slice that sat on a mound of seafood and onions, roasted corn, white corn, etc. with everything bathed in spicy lime juice. There was also this excellent spicey green sauce in a squirt bottle that was perfect for spicing up the yam.The service was great and the setting was cozy - a very pleasant setting to enjoy some excellent Peruvian food. I counted myself quite fortunate to be in a hotel within walking distance. Highly recommended.

In town for a youth hockey tournament and staying at a hotel near by, tried this place with a party of six on a whim as my mom is from Peru and I grew up eating Peruvian food at home and at Bay Area restaurants. Everything we had was delicious. Service was attentive. Ambience was pleasant. I would highly recommend Inka Grill for a delicious Peruvian meal. Appetizers -- papa rellena (stuffed potato w/ beef), camote rellena (stuffed sweet potato w/ chicken), palta rellana (stuffed avocado), papa a la hauanciana, yuca frita (fried yucca). Rarely see papa rellena on menus, one of our favorite foods and theirs was tasty. Loved the sweet potato version, which was a first for us. Having only had palta rellena in Peru, this dish had me reminiscing. My only complaint here is the potato to hauncaina sauce ratio was off, could have used more/larger pieces of potato but the sauce was as creamy and spicy like it should be.Mains -- lomo and chicken saltado, bistec a lo pobre, ají de gallina. I would have liked to tried more main dishes but my families loves saltado so three in our group got that and all thought it was delicious. My husband asked if they had bistec a lo pobre and they kindly turned their Milinesa dish into one by replacing the salad with fries and adding a fried egg. I had the ají de gallina, one of my favorites, and it was very tasty. Desserts -- Juanita's crepes, alfajores. Have never seen this crepe w/ dulce de leche and fried plantains before, I would return just to eat this again and again. Got a box of mini alfajores to go, they were a solid way to fulfill an alfajore craving. Drinks -- Inka cola (can't be a Peruvian restaurant without this Peruvian soda), chicha morada (yummy), pisco sour (generously sized and tasty) Inka punch (chicha w/ pisco = why didn't I think of this before?!).
