Delicious food, friendly service. We've been coming here since 2019. The lunch buffet is sumptuous, and I especially appreciate the multiple vegetarian dishes and variety of sauces/chutneys. No buffet in the evening, but they have delicious dosas, and the individual dishes are definitely family sized. They also do takeout, so if you don't have time to dine in, you can still enjoy some great Indian food. I recommend going multiple times so you can try everything

We already have a regular Indian buffet we go to, but recently discovered this place and thought we should try it out. Located in a relatively older shopping center, this freestanding building just off the main road is....like some reviewers have mentioned, looks kind of old and in need of some updating. However, once we walked in, we were surprised that the place actually looked very decent....homey, clean, and had a nice tablecloth presentation.We walked in just after openning and pretty much had our choice of where to sit, it was nice and quiet, and noticed the steaming row of yummy looking Indian buffet offerings on the other side of the room. We were greeted at the entrance, quickly seated, and headed straight to the buffet.I'd say the choice of really yummy looking buffet items was pretty decent.....not a huge variety, but more than enough to enjoy a delicious and filling lunch......and priced pretty much the same as anywhere else you go these days. And as usual, once you're seated, have filled up your plate, the complimentary naan bread comes out shortly after.To cut a long story short, the curries are absolutely delicious.....full of great flavors....not filled with salt.....and it all went so well with the hot and fluffy freshly baked naan bread.My only issue was with the chicken meat in the Tikka Masala Curry.....was just a biiiiiiit dry....maybe because it was breast meat. However, the chicken in Chicken Curry was moist, tender, and oh so delicious....because it was thight meat. Same goes with the Tandoori Chicken......so tender, juicy, with great flavor!All in all we really enjoyed our Indian Buffet here.....the staff were nice, courteous, and very helpful......the buffet was enjoyably good, everything prepared hot and fresh, and everything oh so easy to get overly stuffed on.Will definitely be back for this one of the best Indian Buffets in town.

A friend recommended to go lunch buffet after pickleball games at India Kitchen of Tustin, California.Outside it looks a bit dated but good thing it's better inside.For lunch buffet drink is extra but they have garlic naan.It has wide selections of Indian food and desserts for very reasonable price. Service is good. Food is delicious too! Recommended!!

Amazing Indian food & great service. Really enjoyed the goat biryani & mango lassi! We also picked this spot because there is plenty of parking in the lot.

Standard Indian lunch buffet.Biriyani, plain rice, Naan, Samosa, Pakori are the carbs.Goat curry, chicken curry, Chicken Tandoor, Chicken 65 are the proteins. Paneer curry, Dal, Aloo Gobi, etc. were the vegetarian selections. Mrs. opted for an a la carte Goat curry with Naan. Great that you could order from the menu during a buffet. Not many restaurants offer that. Food was being restocked regularly. Plates were being removed promptly. Naans were being offered and brought out quickly. Place was super packed the day we visited. Ian had a great time trying out all the dishes as they were not spicy at all!!

India Kitchen is a gem for Indian cuisine, located conveniently in a plaza next to Stater Bros. The restaurant has plenty of parking, and it's easy to spot with their large sign.When I visited, only one other table was dining in, but there was a steady stream of take-out orders, so it's clearly a local favorite for to-go meals. They also offer a buffet-style lunch, which probably draws more dine-in guests during midday hours.The dining area is relaxed and perfect for smaller groups, with dim lighting and Bollywood music videos playing on the TVs, adding an authentic ambiance.The menu here is extensive, covering everything from appetizers, soups, vegetarian entrées, and tandoor specialties to a variety of chicken, lamb, goat, shrimp, and fish dishes. They also offer Indo-Chinese options, multiple rice and biryani selections, and freshly baked breads like naan.The food is fantastic. Here's what I tried:1) Palak Paneer ($14.95): Also known as saag paneer, the spinach was creamy and flavorful, with homemade cheese curds that really hit the mark.2) Chicken Tikka Masala ($18.95): This classic dish came with a rich, creamy sauce that was mild in spice but still flavorful. The portion had a generous amount of chicken, and it came with rice, which paired nicely with the palak paneer.3) Mango Lassi ($4.95): Served in a large glass, this mango-yogurt drink was refreshing, smooth, and flavorful. Definitely authentic and well worth it.4) Garlic Naan ($3.49): Arriving hot and freshly made, this naan was fragrant with garlic and had the charred spots that add so much flavor.The prices are reasonable and comparable to other Indian spots nearby. A bonus: if you check in on Yelp, you can get 10% off your bill--just be sure to mention it to the waiter before you check out.Overall, India Kitchen is definitely a solid spot for flavorful, authentic Indian food, whether you're dining in or taking it to go.

I don't eat a lot of Indian cuisine but this is definitely one of the better ones that I've had and also for a good value. The restaurant is located in a small parking lot with a decent amount of parking. The decor feels traditional too which is a plus. As for the food, it seems a bit pricy at first but the portions are actually pretty big so it's justifiable in my opinion (the 10% Yelp check-in discount helps with the price too if you ask your server)We got- Mango lassi: very good. The drink is pretty thick and addicting- Garlic naan- Vegetable samosa: the dipping sauces were really good- Chicken Tikka masala- Butter chicken

I can't believe I haven't reviewed India Kitchen, oops. I discovered IK in 2021 when looking for tasty takeout options. I have since dined in a couple of times, but my favorite is going for brunch on Saturday or Sunday. Service is friendly and prompt. The space is clean, but there is not much of an ambiance, which is not a problem for me as I go for the food. Out of the many delicious options, my favorite dish is dessert: Gajar ka Halwa or carrot pudding. It is delicious!

Came here for lunch on Saturday. They had a buffet option - kids are half price. As well as a la carte option. Ordered the cheese dosa, dahi wada and Chefs masala platter. Everything was absolutely delicious. The best part of the meal was the service. The staff were friendly , kind and pleasant. It was an absolute pleasure eating here. We ended with chai and kulfi which was excellent too!
