In-N-Out Burger

My go-to favorite burger joint is In-N-Out...in moderation, of course. This location has inside dining and a drive-thru; no patio seating probably due to the heat and parking is tight. Kind greeting upon walking up to the counter to place our order. Impressed the food was quickly cooked.My protein style hamburger tasted deliciously light; might have to try the double-double protein style on the next visit. Fries were way over done and this is a reoccurring experience at this particular location. How does one order it lightly cooked? Thankfully, I learned it's called "light" which is soft or "light well" which is soft but cooked on the outside. My friend reminded me that on our last visit a year ago , our fries weren't great; luckily one of the employees was nearby and suggested to us to request to have them recook the fries. We didn't act upon it but at least we knew for the future...and yet this most recent visit, we forgot. Now, we're armed with our proper cooking style when we come back. There's only about 2 rows of cramped seating but the booths looked roomy. The drive-thru was nonstop.

Love the food, quality, and price point. They're very consistent in all areas. Just today, though, I went inside to order because the drive-thru line was extra long, and it was 100+ degrees outside. The line inside was way shorter, and I was waiting behind the person in front of me when all of a sudden (I think the manager) closed the cashier's register, made direct eye contact with me, said nothing, and walked away. Wow. It didn't even "register" to me until later, but I was like, he could have at least said, "He'll help you over there," and motioned to the cashier next to him who was open. He didn't even do that. That was creepy and rude for him to literally make direct eye contact with me and then close the register without saying anything to me. I just awkwardly scooted over to the next cashier when he was done with the person he was helping. But, I was just initially waiting and standing in a closed line until I figured out that he closed it. I'm used to everyone at In-N-Out being very kind and welcoming, so this is not sitting well with me at all. I'm so confused. Now, I get why people just wait in the drive-thru, I guess. I don't know. Today's experience was a 1/5. Usually, it's a 5/5.

It's been a few years since I've been to this location but I've always had a great experience! Of course lines are long, it's in-n-out, but they move fast here. Recently stopped by late on a Saturday night and enjoyed a grilled cheese meal with my sister. Tables were clean, service was great, and the vibes were vibin'.

In N Out is always amazing but the cheeseburger I ordered was the best I've ever had!! It was the perfect mix of everything! Make sure to try out a cheeseburger animal style. It is so good! It gets really packed and busy at this location so you might have to wait for a table.

The slowest In-n-out I've ever been too. If you look around right now it's table after table of no food. Minutes go by with no numbers called for food. Mind blowing! Don't come inside, only visit the drive through.

I love in n out so much. I might be a little biased considering it was my first job, but to this day I can still say I get blown away by this company. I've always been impressed with how consistent they are, the hardworking nature of the associates and the quality of their ingredients. The service is nothing short of exemplary. Everyone is always attentive and helpful. The food is consistently delicious each time I crave a burger. And the overall ambiance has a nostalgic feel. Love this company and will be eating here for a long time.

In-N-Out is always consistently good food. It can take some time to get your food and sometimes it is hard to find a table, but they are busy for a reason - good food at a good value. The employees are helpful and courteous. Ask for the fries well done if you like them crispy, and ask for a side of spread if you don't want ketchup. Be patient and enjoy - its worth the wait.

It's the same burger with the same taste every time I buy it. I'm not a fan for in n out compared to my boyfriend who could eat this for the rest of his life if he could. But the quality of the burgers here are good. They do taste fresh. This in n out in particular has a smooth line in the drive through. You don't see yourself waiting for 20 minutes without moving inline. I think that's what I like most about it. It's also the only in n out in a heavily packed Tustin legacy area. The in n out in Tustin Marketplace is a lot slower compared to this one.

One of my bucket list items was to visit an In-N-Out Burger when I was visiting California. They did not disappoint. Food is fresh and delicious. The tables were clean.The staff was soooo friendly.I'm a fan.
