In-N-Out Burger

What can I say about In-N-Out that hasn't already been said? The food is pretty consistent across all locations if you ask me. The service and efficiency is where it seems to differ depending on location.This particular location is right off of Santa Margarita Pkwy and I typically drive thru as they have 2-3 lines open and the wait is never that long. On this particular day I decided to walk in and order my food. Bad decision. The wait seemed much longer inside than if I had just waited in my car.The staff here are very nice and appear to be mostly young, like high school or college kids. All of the employees I've interacted with have always been friendly and eager to please.The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is due to their fries. I wish they weren't so limp. A little more crunch would add so much. Their burgers are spot on and near perfection every time. And with that said, I think I'll head over there now for another burger!

While the food is never bad, the cleanliness of the place needs a lot of improvement, especially if you come here after 10pm. It's like they give up after a certain hour or they didn't schedule enough people to work late. My husband and I came last night around 11:45pm after driving back from a party to get a late late dinner and we opted to eat inside. It was still a bit busy, but the place was absolutely dirty. I used the restroom, which hadn't been cleaned in hours from the looks of it. There was only one stall that was okay enough to use. When we sat down, it was hard to find a table because at least six of them were covered in trash. We can only assume the garbage was left because every trash can in the building was overflowing with massive amounts of everything and no employee even bothered or attempted to even empty one. When we were done, we also just had to put our trash in the basket it came in and leave the basket on whatever basket stack didn't have garbage already on it.Probably will skip this location for awhile until maybe the mess improves.

Amazing food for the kids and the family great prices and fresh foodThe service is amazing one time I didn't get my milkshake and they offered me my whole meal again of course I would take it but I was stuff and said the milkshake is fine great service This place is a gem I went there ever since I was a young lad it's always a place to go when my family and I drive by it

Always go inside to order. Usually get a cheeseburger, hamburger (both with grilled onions) and well done fries to go to share with my spouse. The burgers are consistently excellent, look just like the ads and the taste is totally fresh. Service is always friendly and with a smile! Good food at very fair price!

Who doesn't live In & Out ???Well I love having In & Out up here in RSM but that drive through line can get really long . They do help by having two lanes however it mergers back to one lane to pick up and pay . If we weren't to lazy we could walk in and order as well right . Either way , In & Out is great having everywhere I just try to not eat there but maybe once every 2-3 months if I can help it . It is the only burger my mom will eat out - that is a compliment to them.It was my dads favorite burger out as well . When he was in Hospice the night before he was dying - he asked for his favorite to go dinner ever and he asked for In & Out - Burger , fries and a coke ..In & Out gave us my dads meal on thr house as they could see we had been crying that night and they said give your dad our best we are praying got him . Now that's a restaurant we will always stand behind and the people that work there have a real heart . Bless your Company- this one was the El Toro one but In & Out is In & Out - we you all .

Normally when i come to this In N Out the service is great and my order comes out fantastic. But not today! The first thing I noticed when I got my order was my root beer float literally filled half way through the cup, unacceptable especially for the price of 4 dollars. Secondly after the drive home one of my burger orders were completely wrong, and I also noticed A FLY in my fries as well as them being very soggy. I made the drive back and politely asked for them to remake my order and the cashier at the front was very polite about it saying they could do it, but all of a sudden a very rude chubby lady with blue eyes started to give me attitude and be rude to me in spite of me being very polite, she said she was only remaking the burger that was messed up but I politely wanted her to remake the whole thing because I drove back and the food was cold, she ended up not remaking the other burger but replaced the fries only after mentioning the fly inside of it.

You need to fix the seats and tighten them up because anytime someone sits behind me. I feel like I'm on a seesaw and the burger goes in my nose instead of my mouth and I feel like my head is gonna hit the ceiling because I jump up so high. it also never fails. They always leave something out of my burger.

I had an urge to go eat in n out one night. I had caught them by surprise at the closing hour. My cashier Nick O'briensky had other things in mind. I felt as I have just entered my own home. He welcomed me with open arms. The service was just astronomical by Mr. O'briensky. I 10/10 would recommend everybody to COME ON DOWN TO THE RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA IN-N-Out. The food was perfect and service was really good. The ambiance made us feel happy. It's the best place in the world

This is a great location! There are times my food is soggy when I do drive thru, and times it's perfect. I wish it was more consistent.
