I went to Ike's today, until today, I was always choosing Mr. Pickles across the street, well Ike's totally blows them out of the ballpark!! Such a great menu selection, a bit overwhelming at first, but otherwise very delicious!Forgive me, but I don't know her name, but the blonde girl, is very knowledgeable, I asked what she could suggest to me (because I was overwhelmed) she suggested the Jamie Sirwich, sooooo good, thank you all for your knowledge and professionalism!

I like their sandwiches, but today was annoying. The sandwich had so much dirty sauce, and the writing (as to which one it was on the wrapper) was so bad, I had someone else's sandwich. They came by and asked what I had. I said, I had no idea because it was so sloppy. I didn't even know it was chicken because that was largely absent, didn't even taste it. Sad face sandwich... Lunch was a fail today.

The food has made me sick for 2 weeks and plus now. I don't know what was in that chicken there but I know I can't be the only one that got sick from this place. After eating here I ended up sick and throwing up for a week straight and I'm still having stomach issues. I don't know what to do but I will never ever step foot in a place like this again. I'm praying I get better soon but this is totally unacceptable and you must but be accountable for the food you're serving. I have had the worst 2 weeks of my life dealing with the pains.

From my very first bite almost a decade ago in San Francisco to witnessing their expansion over the years, Ike's has consistently delivered on flavor and quality. Even my discerning mom, who has quite the palate, is a fan! Still, to this day Ike's remains one of my favorite sandwich shops. I've had: 111. Menage A Trois $14.50 | 957. The Damon Bruce $15.95 | 143. I'll Be Your Valentine $14.14 and 243. I Choo Choo Choose You $14.14 (limited-time February specials) | Zapp's New Orleans Kettle Style Potato Chips Hotter 'n Hot Jalapeno, Mesquite Bar-B-Que $2.75 each | Complimentary Tootsie Caramel Apple Pop. I can't pick a favorite sandwich although I've gravitated towards Menage A Trois a lot in the past. Zapp's Chips Hotter 'n Hot Jalapeno flavor is my favorite.Now, let's talk about that Dutch Crunch bread and Dirty Sauce - absolute game-changers! The bread strikes the perfect balance of crispy exterior and soft interior, while the garlic aioli adds a nice kick. I do prefer to request the dirty sauce on the side, allowing me to control the flavor intensity. And let me tell you, those limited-time sandwiches were a flavor explosion! The Jamaican jerk sauce was just the right amount of spicy, leaving me craving more. Their thinly sliced chicken is top-notch. I'm not vegan but their vegan chicken was just as delicious and I'm glad they have vegetarian options with vegan meat. Their steak is also tasty. You really can't go wrong with any order.Portion sizes are generous - I can barely finish half a sandwich in one sitting, but the leftovers taste just as good days later. My boyfriend, on the other hand, seems to have no trouble devouring his entire meal. Zapp's Chips are amazing, especially the Hotter 'n Hot Jalapeno flavor, has a nice crunch and gives a nice kick, a unique flavor I haven't found in other Jalapeno flavored chips.I didn't see anything on the website regarding eco-packaging or sustainability efforts, bummer. Located in a shopping plaza, you'll have no issues finding free parking in the lot. The ambiance is casual, with friendly service. There is a good amount of indoor seating as well as outside seating that is shared with the rest of the plaza. Price has definitely gone up but so has everything in the world. I think for the amount of food you are getting and the quality, the price is right.We ordered through the mobile app on Super Bowl Sunday around 2:30 PM which is easy to use. I really appreciate when businesses put in the effort to create apps, it shows they have an understanding of keeping up with the times. We came to pick it up 20 minutes after placing the order but we still experienced a bit of a wait, understandable considering it was Super Bowl Sunday, however, they seemed a bit understaffed. It seemed like they had catered orders to take care of and only two employees were working. We waited an additional 20 minutes for a total of 40 minutes of waiting. I hope this was a one off situation or that management takes notice and staffs more appropriately because that seemed unreasonably long for three sandwiches.

The service is really GOOD! I feel the neighborhood warmness just from purchasing a sandwich from this store! Food is good too. The sandwich is huge!!So sad I forgot the name of the nice guy who took my order. But I chose his recommendation, chicken sandwich tho.

The sandwiches are very good. If you happen to go during lunch hours or if you order online, the wait is too long. We were quoted 10 min wait and it took over half an hour! You can tell people were bothered about their long wait times (whether ordering in the establishment or online) I don't mind waiting, but give honest wait times!!

Me and my son went to Ike's for the first time 8 months ago and we found Gary the assistant manager to be very helpful he was so knowledgeable with the menu . We ordered the sandwiches he recommended and they were delicious and we loved it ! We have been going back ever since because of Gary.

some of the worst service I have ever experienced. I just read through the reviews on here and it looks like other people are experiencing the same thing. The taller older man that works during the evening is who we have had the most problems with. He has thrown away our order, given our order to someone else, messed up our order, and just started making our order when we placed it over an hour ago. I've been here probably around 8 times, and each time I think "no, this time will be better" and give him the benefit of the benefit of the doubt, and I have been wrong each time. This place is the most frustrating food place i've experienced. I keep seeing "Jessica S" comment on bad reviews saying they will fix the issue, but it must be a bot or they don't care because nothing has changed. awful awful awful service.

I love their sandwiches, don't get me wrong. But man, the service is awful at this location. Even when I put in a mobile order it takes so long (way past the time it is expected) to pick up. I don't know who's hiring their workers, but they always look so confused and I see them take frequent random breaks on the middle of making sandwiches or just randomly pausing??
