I Love Bagels

Let tell you... I've been eating ILY bagels for years, never disappointed! But when I go somewhere else, I end up pay $5-$10 more for a dozen ( here they give you the baker's dozen-13 for the price of 12).. and the cream cheese tubs are BIG unlike say Bruggers or Bagel Shack where they are half the size for the same price as a BIG tub. So The quality of these bagels are consistent as in one isn't smaller than another. The service is quick, 2-3 employees making specialty bagels and the turn around is 2-3 mins, where's other places can take up to 10 mins for them.. So I've always make it a point to come here! And eat here or to go, they have indoor tables or outside tables.. Coffee is good and HOT as well as fresh Ozj and soda (coke) ... Enjoy

Every now and then I will majorly crave for a good ole breakfast sandwhich. I love bagels truly has one of the best in town! I feel like its affordable, bagels are fresh and good, and the sandwhich itself is just perfection, i dont know how they do it! My go to is the egg cheese with bacon. If i'm feeling adventurous i'll add some sausage in it. My work sometimes caters bagels from them and all their donuts are so soft in themiddle with a crunchy exterior. I believe the cream cheese is all made in house and all super delicious.

Wouldn't recommend the "bacon" egg and cheese. Bagel itself was decent but the egg wasn't fresh (fine), the cheese was the filmy processed kind (meh), and the bacon looked like lesser quality than the microwave stuff you get at the store (ugh). Maybe my expectations were too high but I was really disappointed.

First time at this location, my bagel was alright the coffee was good. My order was taken and the order 5 min later. I will definitely be back, it's a nice little place with good customer service.

Best bagels in the area. Service is great, they take care of you right away.theres sitting inside and some outside. They also sell a variety cream cheese and they're all amazing. The bagels are fluffy and they always load it up with cream cheese. Also love that they have freshly squeeze orange juice.

I ordered an everything bagel toasted with avocado, red onions, smoked salmon, and capers for breakfast. It was SO good. I will try to remember this hidden gem more often. Thank you for great quick service and high quality food!

I really enjoyed my meal. The food was ready for pickup as they said it would be. I was only disappointed with the freshness of the bagel other wise I thought the bagel was yummy :)

BEST IN OC - been going here since 1996 and it still is hands down the best bagels around and their homemade scallion cream cheese is amazing.

It's been a while, but I have come here for breakfast bagels and to buy dozens of bagels to take to my office and clients many times in the past. So, when my wife asked me to bring home sandwiches for lunch today I thought I'd try them as their breakfast bagels were always decent. A bit overpriced but good flavor and always pretty fresh.When I walked in one of the employees was cleaning something off to the side of the counter and never turned around to acknowledge me. I said hello and got no reply. After a little bit another employee came out of the back and asked how he could help me. I said hello and then asked if they offered sandwiches on any type of bread other than bagels. In a rude manner he replied:"No, our name is l love bagels for a reason"I was caught off guard by his response and negative attitude. I gave him a second to to walk his response back but he just looked at me. I replied "I'm aware of what the name is" and gave him another opportunity to respond in a more positive manner and again he just looked at me. At this point I was over it and told him "to be honest I don't need the attitude or your bagels" and left.When I walked in I was planning to order some sandwiches even if they did only make them on bagels, but after being treated so badly I have no desire to go there again. For bagels or anything else. Hopefully this was a one time deal and the awful customer service was because the gentleman was just having a bad day. Either way I am done with them, there are a plenty of bagel shops in the area and I'll find another place to spend my money.

Average at best, very local for me to my go to.Prices fair, service good and shop clean
