I Can Barbecue Korean Grill

Julie was so on point it was insane. I've never had such good customer service in my life and I've been to so many great spots with great service. She would notice the very second our rations ran low on drinks or the grill needed a swap. I can't wait to come back!!The portions are BIGGER than other places I've been to, such as Gen, so that's something to plan out next time. Quality of the meat is very good. Pork belly is on point. Get it. Have a great time!

Prior to my visit today...I came here with my wife last week and service was bad. We felt over looked. People were just taking the meats off of the robot that delivered the orders and the servers where encouraging it which caused us to wait even longer for a reorder on meats. We decided to give it one more try today...which lead to this...My experience was terrible. After we were seated it was like the staff forgot about us. We got part of our order and we didn't even have a grill. We waited a couple minutes for a grill after we received our partial order. All the sides I ordered either took forever to come or it didn't come at all. I pushed the "need help" button so many times and no one ever came. When I did stop a server for help they would just looked at me and keep walking. When we finally got help I thanked the server over and over again and she just scowled at me and walked away. The service here has declined. Terrible. The only redeeming thing at the end was the young blonde server. I didn't get her name. When she noticed that we weren't getting help she was very tentative and made sure we were good. Honestly, it looked like she was the only one that was talking to guest and actually helping them.

The premium cuts like the beef brisket and short rib were melt-in-your-mouth good, while the pork belly had the perfect balance of fat and crispiness when grilled. They also offer a great variety of banchan (side dishes) that complement the meats well, and the kimchi was spot on!What really stood out was the ambiance--modern, clean, and spacious, making it a great spot for both small gatherings and big groups. The ventilation is solid too, so you don't leave smelling like smoke.For the price and quality, this is one of the best KBBQ spots in the area. I Can BBQ is a solid kbbq spot to satisfy all your kbbq cravings. This spot is located at the Tustin Market Place where there is a good amount of parking. Wait times are usually not too bad here but you can always come early to put your name down on their waitlist if you come on a busier day/time. Inside, they have a pretty spacious interior with lots of seating. I came for dinner with some family around 6pm and we were seated in about 10 minutes. Once you get to your table, there is a QR code and you place your orders from there. For $39.99 per person, you get a solid selection of high quality halal meats. The favorites for me were definitely the Brisket and the Short Rib. Overall, I have always had a pleasant dining experience here. All of the staff here are very attentive, friendly, and efficient. There is a reason why this spot has over 1,000+ positive reviews!

Came here for a team lunch and since it was near opening time it wasn't filled yet so we were able to get seated right away. Ordering was through the QR code so we didn't have to wait for a waiter which for time before the lunch rush, it seems rather hard to make eye contact or get a hold of a wait staff to request more sides like rice paper or get a grill change. The meat selection was rather standard so I would say it's a little overpriced for the selection. The kitchen staff even got parts of the order wrong, doubling on rice instead of egg... which we just left on the robot to be sent back but never got the egg. There wasn't even a lunch rush the week day we went so not sure why order came out wrong since it went through online POS system instead of human to human interaction. Overall the experience was a bit lacking for a kbbq place in tustin marketplace.

I called and made a reservation for 6 people on a Tuesday at 6:00pm. Maybe it's still early in the year, but I was able to call the day before to make the reservation, and when we arrived, it was still kind of empty.This is located in the Tustin Market Place off Jamboree Road, between El Camino Real and West Drive. It is facing El Camino Real, but not as visible at night as their sign wasn't lit up. They have other locations in Irvine, Santa Ana, and coming soon to Fountain Valley. This was my first visit to any I Can BBQ.Dinner menu per adult is $39.99 (children between 40"~50" is $20.99, under 40" is free and over 50" is adult price), and includes 60+ items of beef, lamb, pork, chicken, seafood, appetizers and sides. Drinks are separate. There is a 2-hour limit. Their Happy Hour is 20% off all week 3:00~6:00pm, and 9:00pm~closing.The banchan was already on the table and included potato salad, mac salad, kimchi, cucumber kimchi, pickled radish, fishcake(?), seasoned glass noodles, and square rice sheets(?). I love bean sprouts so was sad that they didn't serve them here, but still enjoyed their selection, especially the pickled radish and cucumber kimchi. We scanned the QR code to get the menu, and ordered from it as well. A robot came and delivered our orders while playing Gangnam Style, lol.Food was good overall, and we all really enjoyed it. If anything, the short rib was chewy and some of the brisket had a lot of fat on it. It was nice that the chicken was cut up so that they'd cook faster, but we're no BBQ expert so they got overcooked into small pieces, lol. The fried rice was more like regular rice, no flavor and only 2 peas in it. Hubs' fried rice looked like fried rice so not sure what we got. And lastly, the square rice sheets were harder than should be and wasn't as appetizing.Service was very attentive. The servers came regularly to change out our grills so we were also able to ask them for drink and banchan refills without having to wait much.

Met here with some friends for a nice AYCE meal. The cost was about $50 a person. There is the standard selection of meats that one would expect (chicken/pork/beef/lamb/seafood/etc). To order you simply scan a QR and put in an order for meats. However it only lets you choose one category of meat @ a time or something. Also for our big table somehow the little robot got the two sides mixed up and was giving our orders to the other side of the table. And the orders for the other side of the table were coming to ours. Ultimately, we all had a good time and enjoyed the food. I only went for the protein but you can order other stuff like rice and ramen if you want. :)

Great food excellent service from ATA the server. Have been coming here for 4 year. Chicken wings are great just need more variety that will be great.
