Husky Boy Restaurant

Found this place while driving around in Santa Ana. Convenient as they have a drive through and there was a line so it has to be good...Had their double bacon cheeseburger with fries .Burger was just your standard burger with cheese, the size was pretty big in comparison to other burgers but nothing more and nothing less. The bacon was pretty good however! The prices are definitely premium and not "$" but "$$$".i had $48 for two burgers Nearly $25 a burger (definitely restaurant prices).

9.79 is the advertising for large fries and medium drink Combo I walked out paying 15.30 I don't recommend it the price itself for a basic cheese burger

Do not come here they rip you off! I brought my kids and family to eat here and my kids put in money on the machines and 3-4 machines did not work. I understand there is a sign that says no refunds but they could at least put a sign that says "machines don't work". I spoke to the business owner and told him I did not want a refund rather put a sign that says out of order. But he refused and said it's not his problem and that it's all business. Yes of course it's business but it's not good service. It's a rip off to have machines that don't work and just coincidently put "no refunds". When I confronted the owner he was very upset and walked away from me. He was very rude and had zero regards for my concern even tho I told him multiple times that I was not there to ask for a refund. To add, the food wasn't all that great. Enchiladas did not taste good. My kids did eat their burger with no complaints.

Every time I have ate at Husky Boy the burgers are above and beyond Too many bad reviews from people who expect workers to be kissing their ass for any little thing. Just ask for things like a genuine human being and you will receive the same energy and vice versa.I love bringing my little family here for a great meal and some fun with the old skool, retro arcade and swings

Website said open till 8:30 but we drove here and they said they were closed it was 8:05. This was the o e in Laguna .. it looks like an eyesore to the neighborhood too

I come here order a chile cheese burger. They give me a hamburger. I don't like to complain so I ask to put it in a to go bag. The lady who handles the money noticed that it wasn't a chile cheese burger she grabs it and hand it back to the cook no glove. The guy sweeping and moping comes and opens the burger to make sure that no cheese or chile was in the burger. Puts chile and cheese then raps it back up. Again no gloves. I am pissed...

Can't believe it took me over 22 years to finally take the time to try eating here. I always passed by here ever since I was a little kid. The service was wonderful! The cashiers were polite and friendly. The food was made pretty quickly for takeout too! The ambiance is that of a cozy diner. The food was delicious! The French fries were fresh and crispy. There were enough fries in a single bag to use up at least 3 ketchup packets! The double cheeseburger has a distinct tasty diner-style taste, different from the big fast food chains. I paid $12.48 for the French fries and double cheeseburger. I'll definitely come back!

We love the location in Laguna, but the food is just awful. Truly one of the worst hamburgers we've ever had, the meat quality is just awful. The fries have basically zero potato flavor and are very limp. One would think that if you're going to be a "burger" joint you'd want to make a great burger. C'mon Husky you can do better!! We'll check back soon to see if they have improved....

I finally tried Husky Boy and the burger was super delicious, I wish I would have tried this place sooner!!!I got a double cheese burger combo with a ranch on the side and it was super delicious. The burger is one of best burgers I've ever ate. The food is 5/5. The reason I'm giving 4/5 stars is because of the price. I paid $17.50 for this combo which seems super pricey for a burger combo. I wish they had the prices of the combos posted.

This was my first time visiting today on my lunch break. I got the hamburger special with fries and a drink. The food is really good and fresh. The staff is very kind and the price was very reasonable. There's a burger place down the street from them that I stop going to because they are cutting the quality on the food, like watering down there sauces and so on yet raising the prices. Husky Boy will be my new favorite spot and I will recommend my coworkers and family.
