Hudsons Cookies

So I'm the biggest fan of brownies, there's just something about that ooey gooey, creamy, just sits in your mouth bursting with chocolate flavor and this brownie IS IT. We also ordered the oatmeal cookie and my husband said it was very crispy, yet chewy too. The gals taking out orders are very sweet letting us taking our time ordering as the display is too tempting not to gawk at. The space is filled with many other vendors so it can get packed but flow of traffic is manageable. Just know weekends are BUSY as this is the most anticipated spot to open up just a few months ago.

These cookies are mediocre at best. I purchased 4 cookies for $28. They appear freshly made as you can see them sitting on baking racks but they were hard as rocks and stale. The children loved the sprinkle cake looking one but the chocolate chip (how can you mess up choc chip?!) Mac nut and chocolate peanut butter were hard. I did take them home and bake them for 5 minutes and they tasted better. These are severely and painfully overpriced and not good! Such a disappointment. The service is poor also! SkipThis place and get ice cream at McConnells.

I'm basing this review off one specific cookie that blew my mind. It's the oatmeal butterscotch salted caramel. Also the person helping us was super nice! I asked which ones were popular & this was one she suggested. It's in a pretty busy shopping area but the line wasn't long when we got there. OH MY GOD. Truly life changing. You know something is good when you can't stop thinking about it & you need to have it again. This cookie tasted very similar to a creme brûlée cookie that I love & adore from Dough & Arrow but they don't have their storefront any more so this brought me back. It's got all the right mouth feels - soft, a little crispy & crunchy from the butterscotch. I loved that the base was oatmeal!

Nestled inside the food court at the River Street Market is Hudsons Cookies. These are seriously good cookies but even better is the brownie. The chocolate chip cookie was soft inside with a nice crunch on the outside (plus a little sea salt on top). The brownie was ooey gooey delicious. Since my favorite part of making brownies is eating the batter, this brownie was definitely made for me. I will be back to try another cookie flavor and to get another brownie.

MAKE SURE YOU GET A S'MORES COOKIE! I am definitely a s'mores lover so maybe I'm bias but that s'mores cookie was the best cookie I've had in a long time! The peanut butter and oatmeal raisin cookies were good as well but I would travel back to SJC just to get that s'mores cookie again! The staff were friendly and quick. They do run out of cookies so make sure you arrive early. The store front was very cute and the beautiful display window was the reason we wondered over in the first place. My kiddos were in cookie heaven! A definite must visit if you make the trip to Rodeo River Street.

These cookies were Delicious! I got the Chocolate Chip for my son and the Snickerdoodle for my husband. The location was terrific.I will be back!

Great cookies! Perfect ending to the night at the new River complex. Great and freshly staff too!

I have only ever seen one associate working here. She is rude, and makes it apparent to not help customers. Seems disinterested in being there. I tried to order a cookie at the display case as I don't know all the cookie names. She cut me off, and pointed to her register. I hope they make it, and if they do, hopefully they will hire friendly and attentive associates.

Brought my kids to Hudson's to enjoy a late snack. The peanut butter cookie was DELICIOUS. Out of this world cookie being sold at this joint. There was a very nice young lady who was very patient with my kids, very polite, and made friendly conversation
