Hudsons Cookies

Had to come write a review! I usually go to the spectrum but when I came by fashion I saw the same place and I was extremely happy! Again the service is amazing and the staff are always super helpful! This location had many options just like spectrum and taste just as good! Really love this place cookies tasted amazing being gooey inside and crispy on the outside which is right up my alley! 10/10 favorite cookie place!Staff are always super helpful and are willing to answer any questions being very patient which matters a lot to me and I appreciate that a lot! They also ask things like if I wanted my cookie warmed which makes me very happy and makes me feel very special and welcome.

While shopping at Fashion Island in Newport Beach on a Sunday, I was craving a snack and decided to try Hudson Cookies in the food court area. When I first walked by, there were no customers or workers in sight. After waiting about 10 minutes, an employee finally appeared!I quickly asked her about the cookies, but she didn't seem very enthusiastic. I decided to go with a classic chocolate chip cookie. Although the cookie was a decent size, it was cold and stale, which was disappointing. It wasn't worth the price, effort, or value. Overall, my experience at Hudson Cookies was underwhelming, and I wouldn't go out of my way to visit again.

Waited almost a total of 45 minutes before deciding to take my business elsewhere. No one staffed behind the counter, food left out, etc. tried calling, but alas, no one was there. Got gelato across from the food court, and still after a total of an hour, still no staff.Don't bother coming.

My husband and I are big cookie people and I can't believe it's taken us this long to find Hudsons cause WOW their cookies are amazing!!! Officially our new favorite cookie place in OC! We got the chocolate pecan and s'mores, they're both sooo yummy! We had low expectations thinking maybe they'd be dry cause the cookies are so big but NO they're perfectly soft and moist in the middle. 10 out of 10.

Out of all the cookie shops this is the best. So gooey & soft inside. Ppl saying it's raw don't know a good cookie when they eat one!

This place was absolutely ridiculous and we were really disappointed. Saw that there was a cookie place outside on the sign near the koi pond and headed inside thinking we were going to get a really good cookie. We didn't even get a cookie! We found the place in the food court and looked over the menu. Nobody was there. Not 1 employee in sight. Nobody behind the counter. We thought maybe someone was in the back or kitchen area. Then, when we were up at the counter trying to find someone who worked here, we noticed there was a sign that said no cash. I'm sorry, but there is no way I'm charging $5 on a credit card. That is ridiculous! So, they lost out on a sale due to no visible staff in sight and credit card only policy. This is not very smart marketing or good business tactics by any means.

Cookies were dryer than the Sahara dessert they felt like sand in my mouth..............The cookie was not tasty at all .

You MUST try the butterscotch cookie! I've had others, but the butterscotch is 10/10! I keep calling to see if it's back! It's been gone for over a week! It's delicious!
