Because of a bad craving, I stopped in while in the area for some fries. While in the drive thru, I had a few dollars ready, but also put a $20 behind the dollars in case I didn't have enough. By the time I got to the window, I totally forgot about doing that and handed her the $7 I had and went to grab some change to add to it.I went to my next destination, then remembered about the extra $20. I called them and the lady at the drive thru was very accommodating and told me that she'd count the drawer and if I could hold on for 5 min for her to verify that she had an extra $20 in the cash drawer.She told me she did and I could come back to get it. I'm already a fan of Hot Off the Grill, but just to let you know YOU ALSO HAVE VERY HONEST EMPLOYEES WORKING THERE. Thanks so much. I didn't get your name, but your honesty is much appreciated.

At first I enjoyed the mixed burrito. But as the meal dragged on, I realized how dry the food was. My mouth felt dry and I needed more sauce (ketchup) and drink to finish the big burrito. I still enjoyed the stuff inside and the size per price. Eventually the meal got boring. Just wish they had more tantalizing sauce to make the dry food easier to consume.+ Plenty of indoor seating.- Extra $3 cost on UE & DD.- The service was ok.- Almost no customers. Honestly just stay away, you're better off driving an hour away for a half decent burger. I came in asked for the most simple order and yet still they managed to make it horrible. I asked for no salt on the fries they double fried them and still served them completely drenched in salt. The burger was 2/10 very greasy, like if those that work here just want to get the day over with. I've been here 1 other time for breakfast, and I was accused of stealing tips from the Jar after leaving a tip inside the Jar. The breakfast was also horrible. I honestly want a refund. This place needs better management, the people deserve better.

Is it just my memory? I remember them doing much better. Contents: Egg, cheese, and hash browns. Great. But....I know I'll get hammered for disrespecting hash browns, but they never taste like a tater. Crispy is a good thing, but starchy is not. Then the eggs. Look at that thin burnt wafer they make. I think they'd call that scrambled egg? Not in my kitchen And do you see any cheese? I asked for French fries on the side instead of tater slivers. Good FFs!Guess it's my memory. I remember many years ago having a huge cheesy, soft egg burrito. Am I the only one?

I was pleasantly surprised by the service and taste of the food. I drive by this place all the time. On my way to work I decided that I wanted a big breakfast to help fuel myself for the hectic morning and possibly skipped/late lunch later. I wasn't sure what establishment I wanted but I knew I wanted a breakfast and also that I wanted to support local businesses. Lo and behold this Hot Off the Grill was a few lights before the freeway. I pull in and order a bacon breakfast burrito. The menu didn't have the list of ingredients so I was expecting like maybe plain Jane eggs and bacon? When I took my first bite, I was surprised that it came with eggs, a butt load of bacon and hashbrowns. I was blown away by the flavor. Whenever I order bacon breakfast burritos, the little bacon they come with doesn't give it much flavor and is masked by the hash browns and I would need to drown it in salsa. This was not the case. There was bacon bits in every bite and it was good! Was very please surprised! The size of the burrito was what I consider a little smaller than average. Also, the black coffee I got had little to no coffee flavor. It tasted really watered down. The salsa that the came with the burrito was also average. Also I feel like the burrito was a little over priced for size but overall might come back. Not too bad.
