Best little deli in town! The food is excellent and the service is wonderful. Every sandwich made to order. Need to try the tuna squash with the broccoli salad.

I got the breakfast sandwich with Turkey. I was expecting your regular cheese meet and unseasoned egg. Not this one, they added this sauce that I can't put my finger on but it's really good. It's has a subtle taste but it made the sandwich better. I asked for chopped jalapeños and I recommend it. I will definitely be coming back and taste some homemade soup. Not to mention the older lady is the nicest person I've met. She's a delight to interact with. No inside seating only outside

Stopped here for lunch and got a tuna sandwich. The portion was really good and the tuna salad was one of the best I've ever had. Service was quick and friendly and the pickle that came with the sandwich was great. Will definitely be going back!

I stumbled across this place this past Monday and oh my goodness what a hidden gem. I've lived in Mission Viejo for over 33 years and these were the best sandwiches I've ever had. I had the ham and cheddar cheese on a roll and they make a relish with chopped jalapeños and pepperocinis that is so yummy. We also had the meatball sub and Italian. So good! Can't wait to go back.

Another satisfying lunch from Connie at High Park Deli! Got my usual, Tuna sandwich on wheat and it was so fresh and delicious. She is also so kind to every customer too! Makes it so easy to support this small business.

This is a local gem that I'm so glad I found 4 years ago. I have been a steady customer ever since and I still love it.The sandwiches are delicious and made from scratch. They have a variety of breads to choose from and the sandwiches are always stuffed.I cannot get enough of the Meatloaf Sandwich, Tuna Sandwich, Meatball Sub, and Club Sandwich. I also highly recommend the Ruben and French Dip.When you get your order, the little hand drawn happy face on the sandwich wrappers will make you smile.

Their Sandwiches are great and they are so nice! This is one of those spots where they know you by your name and it does feel like a homemade meal. My favorite it's their meatloaf sandwich but this time I went for the turkey club! They also did the catering for an event I had at home and they cut the sandwiches in 2 or 3 pieces so people can tried more than one flavor, it was awesome! They are always on time and you can also call to order and your food will be ready when you get there.

I have been eating lunch at the Deli for years! One of my favorite spots.It is a family-owned business, and they are wonderful people! I can't say enough about the delicious sandwiches and salads. The best meats, always fresh bread, and amazing salads. Try their broccoli salad!! They have catered a couple of my personal parties and everyone raves about the food. If you haven't tried it, please go...it is worth it.

This Deli is great! I found it yesterday and went back again today. Delicious sandwiches and the people that run it are very sweet. You can tell they care about the quality of their food and customer service. I will be recommending them to everyone I know around here!
