Hello Donuts

I went in at night around 6:30, they were almost sold out... I didn't even think hmm these must be the old doughnuts I just thought they sale out quick... well I got my dozen payed around $20 and went home to make hot chocolate, I like trying many doughnuts so I cut them all in half, I tried three deferent pieces and they tasted a bit stale, I was sad. The next morning my husband told me he didn't like them either so I called in and Sabrina answered and remembered me from the night. She made it all better by offering me 4 free doughnuts:), I know it was a drive and not a dozen but just the fact that she was kind understanding and apologized made it all better! Thank you Sabrina!!!

The B-E-S-T cinnamon roll I have ever had + the Vietnamese coffee was so good, kept me going for hours after I was done. Service through the drive thru was friendly and quick. I will definitely go back soon!

Who knew your local donut shop would have the best orange chicken around? Great pastries, chicken bowls and service :)

The longest wait in the drive through and the smallest doughnuts for $38.00 (2 dozen). Avoiding this place. I pick up doughnuts weekly!

Got the Vietnamese coffee and it was delicious! Even came in a cool can. I had a coupon that I got from Food 4 Less on Bristol on the back of my receipt and decided to give it a shot. Clean and good vibes!

I've been going to hello donuts for awhile since they're close to my job- I normally go in the mornings but decided to come at 5pm because I wanted a BLT. I waited in the drive thru line and window for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement even tho the lady was at the coffee machine that was next to the drive thru window and when I went inside I wasn't acknowledged for another couple of minutes until I coughed very very loudly a couple of times. Ordered my BLT and it came with cheese and onions which were not on the menu or mentioned and I basically wasted my entire lunch break for a sandwich I won't eat now. Also in the time it took me the write this review another car came and left because no one acknowledged them in the drive thru.....

It smelled like a cleaning facility.The Donuts were not fresh.If you wanted Fresh there would be a extra charge

Very rarely am I totally dissatisfied beyond belief. It started with a 50 cents surcharge fee for card. Then when I got my bagel (my favorite food in the world) it came out old hard and literally a tiny trace of cream cheese. I would highly recommend not coming here. And on top of it all, the whole place smells like a bathroom. You would think a donut shop would smell amazing right. Well you've been warned guys and girls!

These donuts are so yummy! They make them fresh throughout the day, so even if you come in later in the day, you're not buying donuts from early early morning They also have my favorite local bagels with cream cheese! Nothing fancy but they are super delicious and very reasonably priced! When I ask for extra cream cheese, they are generous with it and don't usually charge me extra(which I greatly appreciate!) We just tried their teriyaki bowls that they're now serving, and they are super tasty! Big portions of chicken and beef, great value for the price/amount! We will definitely be ordering the teriyaki bowls again soon!Very nice people, great people, excellent customer service...we love Hello Donuts!
