I don't eat out often but when I do, Hatam is one place I always consider. They have great food aNd excellent customer service. It's great for families as well as couples night out. Definitely try Hatam and decide for yourselves.

The prices are high and the quality is low. The service is pretty much non existence. The owner is very rude and unprofessional. She treats customers and employees badly.I will never again patron this restaurant, and won't recommend it to anyone.

We were invited for the "Ladies Night" held once a month. What a disappointment, there was a lady demanding we pay up front "cash" when we walked in, no credit cards accepted, and she wanted to be sure we knew that is was a Persian ladies event. We were kind of shocked, and felt very uncomfortable and not welcome, it was sort of prejudiced.The food was OK, nothing special, although we loved the concept of this idea, "ladies night" with a live DJ, dancing, buffet food, but after this experience, I would never go back. We had made a reservation for 10, but there were just 8 of us, instead. We were told we'd have to pay for the 2 that were no shows, since I made the reservation for 10. In the end they must have realized that there would have been no room at our small table for 10 that we were assigned for additional ladies, and the subject did not come up again. It did ruin my night just thinking about it.We were American ladies, even though 1 lady was from Kuwait and another from Lebanon. We won't be returning unfortunately, between being asked if we knew that everyone was Persian, making us pay cash the minute we entered the restaurant and being told we'd have to pay for the 2 that were no shows. Not the most comfortable evening.

This is a beautiful restaurant inside. They also have seating and market lights out front. Service was great. I liked my lamb skewers but my husband said his was dry. Also there was a large portion of rice.

I came here with my boyfriend close to 9pm on a Saturday night, and we were able to get seated right away. We ordered the borani, chicken barg, and boneless chicken kabob, all of which were very good! However, we did have to wait a really long time to get our food, and noticed the table next to us got their food first even though they came after us. Other than that, service was good and they checked up on us often. The ambiance makes me feel like I'm in Las Vegas, with the cloud ceiling lol. The restaurant is very neat and clean. I'm not sure if I'll come back, however, but I wouldn't be opposed to it.

Had the best time celebrating my 50th birthday. We had an exclusive banquet room and it was perfect for my intimate birthday party. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The owners Sunny and Babak are very professional. Puya, the manager, made sure that everything went well, with the food and helped with the cake service. I highly recommend this place. It's beautiful and luxurious!

Located in a cramped shopping mall with poor parking, facing a quick oil change company. Food is OK, something different. Bunch of chicken dishes that taste very similar, some beef dishes as well. Various choices for rice. Check your bill to see if gratuity is already added, even for small parties.
