They cheated us out of the food we bought. The food is good, but it's not worth such terribly rude service. You'd think a joint like the Habit would have employees who all cared about their customers, but that's not what we received. I've enjoyed the Habit burger for years at many different locations. With that said, I never received such terrible service from a more lazy and rude couple of employees. Whoever that woman and man are who worked tonight on Saturday, December 7th--they are a pathetic example of professionalism and customer care. And honestly my family felt cheated and unappreciated. We walked out of the Habit tonight all agreeing that the worker lady and her lazy sidekick were so bad, we're most likely going to look for a different burger joint from now on.It just makes for an uncomfortable ambiance when the workers treat us like a nuisance for asking for a receipt and being turned down a receipt just because the cashier people don't want to admit that we didn't get all our food that we paid for.

I am not happy had friends out town we order from u and family pick up and the cups empty in the bag. Didn't fill up drinks and gave us Attitude. I'm very disappointed with no napkins. i had 4 burgers, 1 sandwiches, 3 kids' meals 4 drinks. Thank you

I really tried giving this location a second chance. It's a joke. I ordered and not one customer was in the location. I was watching them make food. The worker printed out a few tickets for phone/online orders. And I noticed french fries and onion rings sitting up at the counter. 15 minutes go by and there is about 10 hamburgers sitting up on the counter. I finally get my food and everything is cold, the hamburger, the cheese, the french fries. Instead of serving the people that are in the store they are more worried about serving people that are ordering online. I asked for a refund and she proceeded to tell me if I want a refund in the future I would need to get my money back online. I will never ever visit a habit location again.

I have been a visitor of the habit restaurants for many years, however, today, WILL BE MY LAST! This franchise sucks! It's not so much the food quality. That has always been fine. The service at this location isn't terrible. It was at one point in time. Atmosphere Has been fine as well. The straw that broke the camel's back was The Habit's decision to start charging for sauces (BBQ, Ranch etc) It's this nickel and dime nonsense is really driving fast food customers to go to other restaurants where these are complementary. I urge the owners of this franchise location to push back on this up charge.

We've always loved Habit burger but it had been awhile. Went on the app to order our usual family meal which increased tremendously in price. Went in to pick up our order to learn that it no longer comes with drinks. Also, if you would like ranch it now costs .60 cents each. Customer service was also lacking. When we're in the mood for fast food cheeseburgers we will stick with In N Out.
