Food is delicious, but no one is available to assist when they mess up the order. We're missing an entree so one person is not very happy at dinner tonight. Since this restaurant is delivery only, they should do better on the customer service part - I literally called the delivery/order support at (888) 395-3942 and was told to leave a message about my "event."

Yet again delivery screws us over and only drops off half the order.This not a plague of this establishment but of the whole delivery system. Time and time again a bag is left at the restaurant or store.I dont have time to be on hold w Uber eats (this case) nor the restaurant but I do have time to drop this quick note.$73 order and only 2 wings delivered.We give up on delivery.

eh...i really wanted to like this place. we have ordered here a handful of times in the past & I think it will have to end here. Items are hit or miss. But I promise you will be needing some Tums with your order because everything is oily. Prices are pretty high on certain items- such as salad and pasta as they are small.not many very options and always always alwayssss problems with items. I think ghost kitchens (no physical location) are no good. it's so annoying to have to run around to different phone numbers to try and get help.

Like a lot of people here - they only sent a partial order. I got a side and none of the entrees.

Great food. We enjoyed it. Good Delivery time. It was a little cold, but that is normal for delivery

The food was unexpectedly delicious!Okay, let me preface this by saying that my husband and I ordered from here not expecting much based on previous food reviews.Anyway! We were craving some good 'ol American fried food and saw this as a suggestion for Door Dash. Having just watched an episode of Food Network's Tournament of Champions, we were like "why not."We ordered the mac burger, wings, fries, and queso. Despite the food arriving not hot thanks to our driver taking a detour, the food was actually pretty dang tasty! My husband and I are the types to travel just to try a Michelin restaurant (yes, I know how that sounds!) so we definitely appreciate all types of cuisines so needless to say we were pretty surprised at how good everything ended up being.Moral of the story?Never judge a book by its bleached hair and flame bowling shirts.

Food was cold, no ranch with wings and no utensils as asked, chicken parm was all noodles. expensive for what was delivered. Wouldn't go back

The website and app are atrocious and would hardly work without giving error messages. Our food arrived late, cold, and missing several items. The food does NOT contain the same items listed on the menu. Burger is dry, the cheesecake looks disgusting and has no toppings. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Nothing was as advertised. Will not be ordering from here ever again. Guy Fieri would be embarrassed to see the real quality of this food with his name on it.

I am using my wife's account to post this, and she might get embarrassed, but I have travelled far and wide in my life. Sampled French Fries from every corner of this big, beautiful planet we call home. But I have never, ever had French Fries as great as the ones found here. "Divine" is the word I spoke aloud to my wife who made fun of me for my choice of words. She was correct to do so, for these fries are so much more than divine. They opened my eyes to the heavens and gave me a glimpse into the infinite. I feel whole and complete after these French Fries and my only regret is that, much like the sweetest things in life, they had to come to an end. I only now have fond memories and the dream of a better tomorrow (when I go order it again tomorrow).The chicken sandwich was also good.

I can only review the two items I ordered. The fries were good.The chicken sandwich disappointing. Sadly I was hoping for exciting. The bun was soggy, lettuce shredded- and the overall taste not good enough for me to eat more than half of it. Maybe it was a bad day. I had it delivered immediately- less than a mile away.I hope to try other items before giving up. Great concept, just didn't work for me.
