Definitely should have read the reviews before coming. To reiterate pretty much everything everyone else is saying, service was extremely rude, nothing looked fresh, seemed very dirty, very expensive, and the food was very salty. The only positive was the noodles were well cooked. Do not recommend.

I should have known! The reviews tell you everything you need to know. And I should have listened. You can tell it's a husband and wife that own the place and they are just rude. It's over priced and under seasoned. First they only put 4 pieces of beef in my plate, and the pieces that they did put were full of fatty pieces and not beef. When I asked for more sauce they were rude and said I already put some. Then when they were cooking the food I asked if they can cook it longer because it wasn't cooked long enough, they just completely ignored me. I also asked if they can cook it with the sauce they usually cook it with when it's on the grill instead of just water and they just kept putting more water loosing the flavor. Don't waste your money or time!

I feel terrible writing a bad review about a small business but this is completely warranted.The female owner with short, brown hair is extremely rude, aggressive, and does not care about her customers at all. From the start, she rushed me through my order when paying not explaining the menu. I ordered a combo under the assumption that I would get a drink but she did not give me a drink. When picking out meat and veggies she again rushed me through my order and kept telling me to move down the line even though I was the only person in line at the time. When my order was cooking, I asked if I could get a drink and she told me it would be an additional charge despite my combo order that included a drink. I asked her to look at her receipts (I paid with a credit card) but she insisted I only ordered an entree. She then refused to give me a refund, aggressively pointing to the no refund signAnother customer who came afterwards noticed she didn't get any white onions. When she politely asked the owner for onions, the owner was dismissive saying she never ordered onions. When the customer pressed the issue the owner began screaming at her, picking out her entire meal and pointing to green onions in her bowl. Granted, her meal was not cooking yet and her bowl was not filled. I'm not sure why the owner wanted to choose this hill to die on when onions are only a few cents. She may have been because the customer only spoke Spanish and not any English. Other customers were trying to help her translate but the owner just got more irate. After this incident, many of the other customers asked for a refund because she was so rude but she flat out refused, again pointing to the no refund signPlease do not support a business who treats their customers so poorly! It hurts me to write this, as I love noodle dishes in general, but if this was your ONLY choice to eat at and all the other places in the mall were closed, save yourself the disappointment and do NOT eat here (unless they do a self-evaluation on their dishes, prices, and the place as a whole). Rather, drive yourself out to other surrounding restaurants that won't hand you a bowl of poor portion sizes, poor hygiene, and outrageous prices. I should've realized I was in for some disappointment when I was standing in line next to a couple who wanted another protein on top of their beef cut in their bowl. However, instead of the staff member (female worker manning the cashier, short curly hair) adding another protein to their bowl, she took some of the beef cut in the bowl and replaced it with another protein. The couple voiced their disagreement with the staff member, but she insisted she had to do it that way for the portion size. This was a shocking sight to see as this was not my first time at Great Khan (I've been to other locations at different malls) and to see the small portion size they were handing out on top of being stingy to the point of taking out what they already placed in the bowl to replace it with what a customer requested...makes me want to avoid this place in the future.What sealed the deal for me to not choose this place again was when I found hair in my meal. Not cool. Especially for the price this place is charging, there is better food out there at a lower cost.

No thanks.This place is terrible, we walked up as someone was asking for an extra fork, and the lady was hesitant to give it to her, the customer was explaining that she was a customer and had already purchased. That should've been my first red flag. I was wondering why there was no line at this Mongolian place as all malls are usually really busy at this specific restaurant. Welllllll the portions suck. The veggie options suck, and so does their service. We paid for extra noodles so our total came up to $25. Didn't seem like extra noodles, asked if we can pay for an extra portion of meat, nope. There was like 6 pieces of meat in our plate, so disappointed. Their veggie options are terrible too, no baby corn no jalapeños?? What kind of monstrosity is this???The food was also extremely salty Save your money. The soda is good!

Worst of the worst experience!!! Stingy owners. Seems like they are husband and wife and always seem to be in a bad mood. You can't even prep your own bowl anymore like before. They do it for you. And boy are they stingy. You ask for brócoli, she puts 2 pieces. You say more she adds 1 more. Like come on lady... Talk about being super stingy.. she makes it seem like they are conserving veggies for the whole week. Save your money and avoid this place. The food came out extremely salty and flavorless. Meat was not even that wellCooked.

The good:- I love the taste and texture of the noodles and overall dish. I love how it's not too greasy. The bad:- They cook everything at the same time, even though some items take longer to cook than others. For example, the broccoli and carrots in my plate were still too crunchy for my liking while everything else was cooked well. - I ordered a veggie plate but found a small piece of meat in my dish. To be fair, they did ask if I wanted my portion cooked separate from the other orders which had meat, but I declined. So I'm assuming the meat got mixed in there in the cooking process. - They got rid of some toppings I used to love, including tofu and baby corn :(- You no longer can fill your own bowl. You tell the staff what toppings you want and they put it in for you. - Customer service isn't that friendly.

HORRIBLE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICELACK OF COMMON SENSEI USED TO GO HERE YEARS AGO BUT I AM NO LONGER GOING BACK. I went Sep 13, 2024 at around 8:20 PM. This is inside the MainPlace Santa Mall. The lady owner was giving me attitude because the woman worker put hot sauce on my bowl, without even asking me. I told the woman worker that I didn't want hot sauce and she put it on my bowl and I complained. So then she and the lady manager were trying to remove us much of the hot sauce from the bowl using their hands. I told them I want a new bowl without hot sauce and the lady manager was giving me attitude. I SHOULD HAVE ASKED FOR A REFUND but I was very hungry and I've been here years ago and never had an issue before until now. It's not my fault that the lady worker can't follow simple directions. They gave me very little portions of all the ingredients. To add insult, this cost me $14.74. I should have went to the pho place 2 restaurants down. I would give this place ZERO but that is not an option. NOT GOING BACK‼

This has been one of my all time favorite spots for the last 12 years plus and it makes me so sad to write this but after covid, the quality has been decreasing after each visit. The owners have never been on the friendly side but that's okay because I was here for the food. During my last visit, they were just rude. You no longer have the ability to build your own bowls. This wouldn't normally be a problem but they were being extra stingy. Ripping up each piece of frozen meat and adding only about 3 total ripped pieces into a $12.99 pre tax bowl. Flavors weren't all there yet it was super salty. Tasted like a lot of msg and on top of that it wrecked all of our stomachs. Safe to say, I won't be back at all.

Food was alright. We ordered lots of veggies. Since we were splitting a plate, the server suggested extra noodle for $3. We paid for it, and I kid you not. We were given a total of 8 individual noodles. We were expecting another bowl full of noodles.I honestly feel we were a bit ripped off by cheap service. Don't bother with this place unless you're starving.
