cajun fries w/ spicy mayo: 5/5 salty and perfectly fried. decent portion.passionfruit black tea boba: 5/5 boba's cooked to perfection. loved it. got a 50% sweet, and it was still pretty sweet, so i'll probably try 25% next time. still really good.ordered thru a kiosk, but the guy working seemed friendly and accommodating to those who asked him questions. fairly small spot; probably can accommodate 4-6 groups of people for seating. but cutely decorated and clean! came on a tuesday night so it wasn't too busy; i got to study and enjoy my treats without much distraction or pressure to leave early.also a really great empanada spot is right next door!! definitely will be coming back more c:

Steep Thoughts: Florence's Quest for (Her) Perfect Black Milk TeaBlack milk tea: 2/2. I always get the Signature Milk Tea, 25% sweet. You can taste the complexity of the tea they use; it's creamy, rich, and strong but not at all bitter. This is one of the best black milk teas I've ever had. I've gotten it many times and it's consistently excellent.Other drinks: 1/1. There's a good variety of drinks between milk tea, fruit milk tea, fruit tea, and smoothies. The boba is perfectly cooked and satisfying. My friends have gotten several of the other drinks and can attest to their quality.Ambiance: 0.5/1. This shop is tucked away in a strip mall and is quite small, but the parking lot usually has a few spaces available. Limited seating, just a few small tables and chairs.Service: 1/1. When I visit, there is usually just one lady working, and she is incredibly kind but can sometimes take a while to make the drinks (e.g. 20 minutes for three drinks). However, I think the wait is understandable since it's just her there.Total: 4.5/5

Tucked in a parking lot so took us a second to find, easy parking, they have a restroom if you ask. They have giant iPads to order from. Randomly decided to try the bamboo charcoal since the photo looked good. I didn't know it was one of their popular drinks! Turned out to be super delicious and I would definitely get again. It's hard to describe what it taste like, just creamy with a sweet flavor that was somewhat dense? I don't know but it was amazing!!!!! I got the crystal clear boba which was made well. A few indoor seats but overall a small place.

I do not believe that this place grows their own tea. I just can't believe it. The tea flavor itself is pretty weak and the drinks have a strange flavor. I had high hopes but alas. The fruit milk teas are also not that great. I would recommend this place for people who wanna support mom and pop shops but not for people who actually want good drinks

Got my usual - Signature House Milk Tea, half sweet, less ice. It was still on the sweeter side but I didn't mind. The milk tea is a very nice flavor. The boba was sweeter too, but also a bit hard in the center like it hadn't quite been cooked long enough, but I much prefer this over a mushy, bland boba. This is my second time here and each time, I've been happy with my drink. They have a lot of different types of drinks. The shop is small with self-order kiosks inside which I ordered from as the staff person was busy.Small tea shop located inside a large commercial area on the corner with lots of parking spots.

I'm sure this place is good but hours of operation is not up to date. Came here 15 minutes before their supposedly open time but saw no movement and even by 11 I waited few minutes and no one. Location probably slow which typically results with later opening. Missed opportunity

This place will fix your boba cravings but definitely not the best around. I had taro milk tea and it was okay. The service was slow when we were there, probably because it was on a Christmas holiday. There was only one barista and we had to wait like 30 minutes for one drink.

All I wanted was Yomies but there isn't one around. No worries. A quick Yelp search brought me here for a rice and Japanese yogurt drink. It's a little different than Beijing yogurt but still good. I came in through I guess what was the back door, and the lady making my drink rushed over to let me in since she forgot to unlock it. She apologized several times. But I could see inside that she was making my drink that I ordered online in advance. Within a few minutes of arriving, I was able to walk out to the front door with my drink. The place is well decorated, and well lit. Since I showed up about 30 minutes, after opening, there wasn't a crazy wait, or anything. I was told that to order, you can order through the kiosk. I ordered in advance through Yelp, and drove by to pick up, and was good to go.

Great customer service, and the drinks were great!!! The boba is really soft and the owner was really sweet and welcoming.
