I thought this was very good option for anyone looking for vegan donut shop in the Costa Mesa area. The vanilla sprinkle was definitely one of the best vegan donuts I've had, it reminded me of Krispy Kreme with sprinkles. If I were to come back, I would probably try the smores and get more of the vanilla sprinkle. I do love my donuts very sweet and I feel like it was a milder level of sweetness, so that could be why I felt it was a 4/5 instead of a 5/5 along with the price ($15 for 3)The workers were very nice and gave us detail on each donut

Good Town Doughnuts is located inside the Lab Anti-Mall. It's a small donut shop. Their Mango Donut is to die for if you love mango! The staff members always give a great service. But there is a parking problem at this mall. If you go there around lunch time, it's so hard to find a parking spot. Going there between 10 am and 10:30 am is probably the best hours.

First time here and it did not disappoint! We got the triple berry donut and the chocolate coconut cream donut! The staff were very friendly and helpful too! I enjoyed both of them but the Chocolate coconut cream was my favorite. The flavor balance was great and there was a good amount of filling too! I also liked the dough on it too! It does get a bit messy tho when you eat it with all the sugar crystals on it. The Triple Berry had a nice balance between tart and sweet and the berries on top were very fresh!

Hole-y donut. I cant believe ive never tried this place! I got a heart-shaped raspberry pistachio donut. The donut itself was so fresh, the icing was super tart and such a good contrast on the brioche. Fluffy and... oh so good. I need to go back. Their selection is crazy too, my friend is gluten free and got their chocolate cake and after trying a piece, that was amazing too!!! I want to try the tasting box next time. Great vibes.

Very good plant based donuts! The dough is more bread-y than airy but it's a really enjoyable texture! And it's not greasy at all. The triple berry donut icing is tart and the berries on top were fresh. The chocolate coconut cream was a good mix of both flavors and not overly sweet. And they didn't skimp on the filling! Each donut is around $5-6. Looking forward to trying more flavors if I'm in the area again!

Went today and got 6 donuts, strawberry cookie crumble (plant based), raspberry white chocolate raised donut, almond butter, plain raised, double chocolate, and apple pie. Excellent in taste and texture. Made with high quality ingredients. Friendly and very helpful service. Cool location in the Lab. We will be back. The plant based donuts tasted amazing.

Located in the LAB in Costa Mesa, this New York-inspired donut shop has become a popular spot for vegan brioche donuts. They are also some of the prettiest, most eye-catching donuts I have feasted my eyes on - artistic creations, good-sized, with many delicious choices.It is common for them to run out of donuts by the late afternoon. I stopped by on a Friday afternoon around 4 PM and was fortunate enough to grab their last six donuts.I tried the Vanilla Sprinkle, Tiramisu, Double Chocolate Oreo Crunch, Vegan Cinnamon Roll, Classic Glazed, and Toasted Almond. I enjoyed the Vanilla Sprinkle, Double Chocolate Oreo Crunch, and Classic Glazed because of their fluffiness, and flavors, and were the most moist.Their coffees, cakes, avocado toast, and ice cream are also popular and highly rated.The service is top-notch. Expect to be warmly greeted with a smile. They will be more than happy to suggest donuts to try depending on your preferences, likes, and any food restrictions.The donuts are decorative and big albeit a bit pricey. None of the ones I sampled blew me away. Nonetheless, I knew they were top quality. A nice spot if you are looking for vegan donuts in particular.

I came for doughnuts but opted out because most of them have filling. I opted for a hot matcha latte instead. The cashier and barista were really sweet. They talked to me the whole time making my latte in the morning. However when I tasted it in the car it was sub par and chalky. I think they should add raw honey to sweeten it. If they did put sweetener you can't taste anything but matcha powder. Cute aesthetically pleasing shop though with vegan donuts.

Delicious donuts! So many flavors and a big option of plant based and gluten free donuts as well. All the flavors I've tried here are so good my current favorites has to be the Strawberry cheesecake & Tiramisu though. If you go into morning easy parking at the Lab as well, perfect for donut time!
