We saw an ad for this food truck. Looked at the menu and wanted to try it !! Most of the time it's parked local to us in Westminster. Yesterday it was in Placentia. We waited a day to visit . It was so worth it !!!! Run don't walk to this food truck !!! My husband wanted softshell crab poboy sandwich and I got a shrimp poboy!! Everything was SUPERB!! The bread, on point !! The shrimp, on point !! Even the tomato and lettuce, on point !! There is a spiced mayo and vinegar on it ! PERFECTION !!!!!! The sandwiches looked and smelled so good we ate them in our car , parked along side the food truck. Owner/operator very friendly and helpful when I was ordering !!! I wanted to get a few extras , I got a small clam chowder and ceviche for later tonight , both look awesome !! We will be back for sure !!!!

Lobster rolls here are so good! Generous portion of lobster on a soft, buttery roll. Well seasoned and perfectly cooked lobster. I enjoy their fries. Worth a visit for one of the better lobster rolls in Orange County.

Omg!! I recommend!!!! The best ceviche I've had from a truck or a restaurant! I got pescado ceviche tostada and WOW! Perfect amount of spice (I asked for an 8) good size chunks of fish and perfect seasoning! I also got a lobster taco. Good chunks of meat and sauce is very tasty! Truck looks clean and menu is a good size. Got our order fast buts not too busy out today. All in all if I'm ever down south I will definitely be looking for them!

Just stopped by this afternoon & I got to say I am glad I did. I was craving a lobster roll for the last couple days but they're not that easy to come by on.. I found this truck on yelp, the lobster roll hit the spot for sure!! Highly recommend it!

I ordered the lobster roll and a cup of clam chowder. The food came out super quickly - the lobster roll was delicious, the lobster was fresh and came with a pretty good portion, and the fries were hot and fresh. The clam chowder wasn't my personal favorite (it was a little watery for my preference) but I still finished it. The prices were a little bit on the higher side for a food truck but overall still reasonable for the portion sizes and the quality + quantity of food

Where do I even start! I'm so excited writing this review! Just had their shrimp quesadilla and shrimp ceviche! OMG coming from a 100 percent Mexican girl, I approve!! So dam GOOD! 12/10! So much Flavuuuuuur!! Food truck stopped at my apartment building in Laguna Niguel and I'm glad it did!! Can't wait to have more !! Wait... did I tell you the service from the lady and gentleman working there was amazing also! Yes yes 12/10

This is a very unique take on the Lobster Roll. In all the right ways! They add mayonnaise to the sandwich which gives it a very yummy seasoning amongst the butter and the lobster and bread. The sourdough bread was toasty and buttery. My husband and I loved the sandwich and the fries were the perfect amount of seasoned and salty. The chef and his wife provided amazing customer service.I didn't like the area where they are set up to sit down and eat. Instead, we took our combo to a nearby park in HB and enjoyed a picnic.

Fransisco is amazing. Food is astonishing and serves fresh every time. My fiancé and I hired him for our wedding in April this year and he is working with us to customize the perfect appetizers and entrees for our date. Highly recommend this food truck and for events. So excited for the final production.
