If you're looking for a dining experience that combines incredible food with top-notch service, look no further than this Brazilian steakhouse. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was inviting, with a warm and rustic vibe that set the stage for an unforgettable meal. The highlight of our experience was undoubtedly the service, and our waiter, Crosby, made the evening even more special. Not only did he provide attentive and prompt service, but he also had a great sense of humor that kept us laughing throughout the evening. His energy and personality added so much to the experience, making us feel like we were dining with a friend rather than just another server. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious. The endless parade of perfectly cooked meats, from tender steaks to juicy chicken, was an experience in itself. Each cut was expertly prepared, seasoned just right, and delivered to our table hot and fresh. The side dishes were equally impressive, with a variety of fresh salads, etc., that were all perfect complements to the delicious meats. All in all, this Brazilian steakhouse offers not just a meal, but a full dining experience. Crosby's exceptional service truly elevated our time there, and we'll definitely be coming back for both the food and the laughs!

Hello,I took my girls here on Valentine's Day Eve; we always do something special. This time, we went to Fogo de Chão at the Irvine Spectrum. I have been here a couple of times before, but I had never experienced the level of service and hospitality I was shown this time. It was a great dinner. It started with our darling waitress, Danielle. She was on it--attentive and accommodating. She made adjustments for my daughter, who wanted just crab legs, and that's exactly what she received--a mound of them. The Gaucho chefs were swarming with sizzling meats cooked to perfection. They would ask each time, "How would you prefer your meat?" and before I knew it, tender pieces of medium-rare picanha were being sliced onto my plate. The salad bar was clean, and all the great salads and chiles were freshly made and plentiful. All my girls were so happy, and that's all I wanted.Once we finished, one of the Gaucho chefs recommended something I had never been privy to on my other trips--a grilled pineapple drizzled with honey! He stated that this would aid digestion after our hearty meal. While we were waiting for the tab, the shift manager came to our table to see how we were doing. I expressed my gratitude for the night and the exceptional service, telling her I would be back. The meal was ótimo!

Knowing Fogo De Chao would be busy on Valentine's Day, we came the day before to celebrate ours.Although it was raining hard, we still didn't cancel our reservation. The dining room wasn't full when we arrived. We were one of the few first diners. Market table was fresh as always. My kind of foods. Plenty of fruit and vegetables, soup, cold cuts and cheeses. I tried to save room for the "real" meats so didn't have any cold cuts but they looked good.My favorites were the filet mignon, picanha, garlic top sirloin, chicken breast wrapped in bacon, another steak cut that was so tender, it melted in your mouth but i didn't quite hear what the gauchos told us what that was. The pork sausage was also good but a bit salty. My husband loved the pork cubes. It looked almost like a piece of chicken because it was so white. He gave me a bite and I was amazed as to how tender and flavorful it was but I was already so full by then and I couldn't eat anymore. I had the papaya for dessert and it was so sweet. Perfect light dessert.Everything was delicious and service was good. The restaurant was full by the time we left.Love Fogo De Chao!

Fogo De Chao offers a rich and flavorful Brazilian steakhouse experience, blending high-quality cuts of meat with an elegant atmosphere. The dim lighting and classy ambiance make it an excellent spot for a special night out, especially if you're looking for a fun, indulgent dinner. The all-you-can-eat dining experience, priced at $72 per person, gives you access to a variety of meats, which is a great way to taste multiple cuts. The meat options themselves are impressive, with the Lamb standing out as the star of the menu. The medium-rare Lamb has a perfect marbling of fat and meat, which ensures a juicy, flavorful bite. Its seasoning of salt and pepper is simple but effective, allowing the natural flavors of the meat to shine through. It's definitely the cut you want to ask for again and again throughout the meal.Other standout cuts include the Sirloin Steak, which is tender and flavorful, as well as the French Cut Steak, which has a more robust, beefy flavor. However, while the French Cut is flavorful, it does get repetitive after a few rounds, making it a good idea to try it once or twice but then move on to something else. The Chicken offerings, such as the Chicken Thigh and Chicken Leg, are decent but not the highlight of the meal. The Garlic Parmesan Chicken, while having great potential, doesn't quite hit the mark. The cheese coating is too overwhelming, masking the natural flavor of the chicken and making it hard to enjoy after a few bites. The sides are an important part of the meal as well, and the buffet-style setup at the middle table makes it easy to sample and load up your plate with a variety of delicious options. The Fresh-Cut Broccoli and Brazilian Street Corn are excellent palate cleansers that contrast the rich flavors of the meat and provide a refreshing balance to the meal. The broccoli is crisp and lightly seasoned, while the street corn has a creamy, sweet flavor that complements the smokiness of the grilled meats. The service at Fogo De Chao is another highlight. The servers are friendly, engaging, and know how to entertain while doing their job. The atmosphere feels relaxed and fun, with waiters often cracking jokes and adding to the overall enjoyment of the experience. The "Netflix and Chill" joke is a prime example of the fun atmosphere, and it's clear that the staff are passionate about providing a good time for guests. However, one downside to the experience was the Parmesan Chicken, which stands out as a misstep in an otherwise stellar meal. The overly cheesy coating simply overwhelms the chicken, leaving you with a dish that's difficult to enjoy after a few bites. It's a shame, as it could've been a nice addition to the meal if the balance of flavors was more carefully considered.Overall, Fogo De Chao delivers a wonderful dining experience, especially for those who love meat. The Lamb is the star of the show, and with excellent service and atmosphere, it's definitely worth a visit. Just be sure to skip the Parmesan Chicken if you're hoping for a satisfying, balanced dish!

Went on a busy Saturday night. Reservation at 8PM, got sat at 9PM.Overall, I had an okay experience. Ive been here in the past and had an amazing time, this time not so much. We got the churassco experience & i felt like we barely got any meats that went around. We got the sirloin offered to us 5x, and everything else was either super slow to come by / ran out by the time it got to our table. It was at a point where by 930-945PM, I was still hungry. Drinks were good, and service was good. Our waitress was very friendly. Just sucks to pay $200 for a dinner for 2 & I felt like it was not worth it.

I hear so much of their happy hours I had to try for myself before taking the plunge with their full dining experience. Happy hour is only at the patio or bar top and you seat yourself for bar top. We ordered the lamb chops, cheese appetizers, and filet mignon along with two clean cocktails. Also got the complimentary cheese bread. All were delicious, but the lamb is REALLY gamey. It was recommended to eat lamb medium cooked. It really is an acquired taste. I asked the hostess what is the best value at fogo and she said the brunch* was by far better than anything they offer just due to the breakfast options and it costing less than dinner.
