My husband surprised me! It started to get busy and I noticed as they got busy the slower the food came out. We were there at 4:30pm-6:30pm. The food was really good. We got the tomahawk Tuesday! I recommend coming on Tuesday and get happy hour as well. We got the fillet and New York steak. Mash potatoes and Mac and cheese.Apps steak carpaccio. 10/10!I really liked the lava salt and the purple salt.Icecream from the lava cake was lovely.Thank you for our first experience. Everyone was nice and welcoming!

Omg.... Second time we ordered through door dash.... Thought we would give them a second try.... Soooo horrible! My burger was supposed to be med rare... came well done! With the most pathetic amount of cheese! Pretty much no cheese... dry, just gross.The Brussel sprouts were a pathetic amount! A half serving IF even, cold! JUST A JOKE! My husband got the filet dip sandwich.... Cold, didn't come w ai jus! Unreal... $125 later.... JOKE!!!!

This was a complete disaster and disappointing experience. We came for hubby's 40th birthday dinner date. We had come 4 times before and the meals had previously been excellent which is why we felt booking them for such a special occasion would be a good choice.The margarita was slightly bitter he said so it wasn't as enjoyable. The mocktail was nice and light.We both ordered the surf and turf deal. I started with the Fleming's salad and N had the mushroom soup. The salad was average but the soup arrived cold? We had never had cold mushroom soup and it seemed like it had been made previously and just they forgot to reheat...What absolutely ruined the meal was our main entree - the filet. We both ordered medium. It arrived completely raw. Like the cow was mooing it was so dark red inside. Both of ours! At an expensive and fancy steakhouse! The waitress saw we were not eating and came to check and when she saw the plates her expression changed and she apologized and said she would take it back to be cooked. Yes, because it was so not cooked. She brought it back after a delay and we again cut into it to confirm if it were medium. Unfortunately, N's was then made medium well and dry however, mine was still raw!! Like not even just rare but still raw and cold in the middle. So I had to send mine back again. Meanwhile I encouraged N to eat since he dislikes cold steak but it was terribly dry. The waitress said that she was sending her manager to check to make sure they got it right the cook this attempt. When it was finally brought back it was finally medium though slightly on the rare side. I was so hungry by this point that I accepted it. The manager said he would come back to check on us and asked if we wanted to order any sides. Oddly he didn't say it in a way like on the house or anything so not sure why he would think we would want more food when they had screwed up 3x. He never bothered to come back and check on us or apologize for their repeated mistakes during a birthday.Shockingly when we received our bill it was for everything. They didn't comp a single thing to make up for their ridiculous errors. Given that it was my husband's birthday dinner date I didn't want to make a scene by pointing out that is not 5 star service. Such a shame.Not even a complimentary birthday dessert.

I'm adding to my original review and increasing the rating from 3 to 4 stars, as I've noticed an improvement in both the food and service. We come here at least half a dozen times per year, primarily for special occasions. We love sitting in the private wine room downstairs whenever it's open, as it's a more intimate and quiet setting. My only complaint with Flemings is that the temperature of the prime ribeyes aren't always accurate. We've had to send them back to the kitchen a couple of times, and each time they apologize and make it right. The service staff have improved tremendously. They really go out of their way to take care of you. Good job Flemings for making these great improvements!

Meh I was really trying to like this place but the food is at best mediocre but for the price is bullcrap. My second time going to a Flemmings and never coming back. The only reason I didn't give two stars was bc our server went above and beyond for us, I wish I caught her name I forgot to ask again. But that's it.We went for tomahawk Tuesday, and maybe it's the day, but ALL the food was dry, tasted like it was sitting out there for a while and cooked in massive amounts to accommodate their deal of tomahawk Tuesday. We got the filet and the New York steak deal in comparison to the tomahawk and cooked it medium rare and it was still dry and was meh. The salads had too much dressing and tasted also Costco like. The sides for sure do not get that disgusting caviar risotto or flavorless raw asparagus. The lobster Mac and cheese was ok, we upgraded to $10 lobster and it literally had 2 small pieces of lobster, what a freaking rip off! So annoying. The drinks were also steep $18-25 bucks and it was just ok. The place has valet for $10 and we asked the valet to take a group pic for us and that miserable soul said no. I wish I caught his name we came in Jan 15 and was leaving around 9pm so I want to know who it was and get him in trouble bc he sucked so bad and I want to file an actual complaint. Lazy!!! The restaurant is in fashion island next to Joey Newport. It's clean, but seemed old, the bathroom seemed like it needed an upgrade and kinda old. Just not maintained well for being a higher end restaurant in Newport.

This is my first time here and I say it was a pretty nice experience. The only thing off putting was that the restaurant had a fishy smell to it. The service was good and decently fast and our server was nice with recommending things. We came for the tomahawk Tuesday special and had a good experience we started off with Apple Fuji salad I think and the fleming's salad then got the The beef carpaccio. was very good and me and my wife's favorite. I would say the stand outs were the herb butter they gave us and the beef carpaccio. The rest of the food was good but not amazing only other note I had was that the crème brûlée was a little bland. I don't think I would make this a regular spot not a bad experience but just didn't excite me the way I'd hope for.

This review is for take out only, and they have a separate menu for dinner take out. The bread and butter variations were the real deal here. That sounds so odd to say lol But I loved the whipped butter and sweet cinnamon butter. Those were delicious and definitely stood out! 10/10The BBQ salmon was pretty good. The salmon was grilled perfectly and was still juicy. I loved the BBQ sauce on top. I love BBQ sauce in general, so combining that with salmon was great. 10/10My husband got the 30 day dry-aged prime cut ribeye. He ordered it medium rare. It was more on the rare side, a little too rare for him. But he still ate it. Decent steak. 7/10Lobster Mac and cheese was not my favorite. I just don't care for lobster with Mac and cheese. The macaroni was tender but the sauce needed more salt and cheese. 7/10The potatoes were a bit spicy. They had jalapeño inside. Not my cup of tea. My husband ate them and enjoyed them though. 7/10Service was fine. Ambiance is a nice restaurant. We ordered pick up though.

We had our Corporate party for Christmas here! The food was amazing, the open bar and having servers tend to our every need and want was just fabulous. The inside of the venue is very beautiful and very charming! We enjoyed ourselves and the company around us! I can't wait to enjoy a meal when its just the wife and I. Thanks for having us!!

Had a GNO for Happy Hour. We used to head there pre covid and were wondering if anything changed. Sadly heaps has changed and we left a wee disappointed. The decor seems drab and hasn't been updated. The service was minimal and I dare say there was a bit of attitude. As if we were nothing her. maybe my expectations were higher being it used to be one of our favorite spots. - Fleming potatoes- Fleming Prime Steakhouse Sliders-Burbon and apricot glazed meatballsOur thoughts: Sliders - satisfying but not crave-able...I liked the pickled cucumber for the crunch but there was way too much bread for the amount of meat.
