I have had many chicken bowls from this location, but I doubt that I will ever return. I arrived just after 11:00 am and was the only customer there the entire time I was there. I purchased my chicken bowl and was surprised when I got back to my work that almost all of the chicken was either dried out or burnt. They just lost a customer at this locatio

Same as every other Flame Broiler food wise, but they always mess up my order here! Today I ordered the half and half ($1 more than a chicken bowl) and only received chicken on my bowl. But of course there's no dining in right now due to covid, so I didn't notice until it was too late.On the plus side, the employees are wearing masks, they have plexiglass at the cashier, there are indicators on the floor where to stand, and they take trap n pay. And due to Covid, you can actually find a parking spot at lunch time.

Cook sneezed directly into my food. I refused and said I want a refund, I'm not eating that. They wasted 20 mins of my time trying to figure out how to refund my card. I kept saying just give me cash if you don't know how. Cashier yelled at me several times telling me to wait. Finally gave me cash after I lost my patience and started getting angryDisgusting place. If you want the flu with your lunch, stop on by.

Update comments... July 2024. just to note I have visited other flame broilers and I don't know if it's a change in policy or location but they all took Apple Pay and were pleasant. So you will need to decide for yourself if this is an issue for you or not; truely a case of buyer beware maybe the business has some input but it's been two years and they haven't commented so they either don't know (& don't keep up with technology... uh duh that's my point) or they don't care ( second point of the post). Good luck if you're in the jamboree area. Drive a little bit more into Costa Mesa and there's a better on in the stater brothers parking lot off Baker. Good luck.

after all the other flame broiler I've been to, this flame broiler has been a game changer, the food is absolutely amazing and delicious, the workers are so dedicated to their job. Comparing to other flame broilers, this one is the best of them all I strongly suggest to ignore all negative comments and GO CHECK IT OUT. letty is the best employee I've met, she's very resourceful and super friendly !! I strongly suggest to come and check this store out. ITS WORTH THE HYPE
