I literally order food from here 3 times a week.Every day my order is always ready on time. I just have to pick it up. As soon as I enter, the helpful, smiling associates grab my food and hand it to me. I love it!I always order white meat chicken, veggies, rice. You cannot go wrong with it. It's much healthier than the competition, and I feel great after eating it.The location is conveniently located with plenty of parking. Only a mile from my office.The price absolutely cannot be beat for the quality of the food.In fact, even in my day off, I come here for lunch!!

Horrible service and such a sad rep flame broiler is getting. Ordered my food online, with the expectation of picking my food up without any issues knowing I only have very limited time for a lunch break. The app or confirmation email says nothing about needing an ID, and they wouldn't release my food to me even with my confirmation order. Would NOT recommend this location, hoping it closes down and gets replaced very soon.

This location used to be so good. Always packed but i never mind it. I don't know if they had a change in management but it's gone down hill. Asking for a photo ID to pick up an in app order? Are you kidding? Unless I'm purchasing alcohol or you're a government employee I'm not showing you my ID. Why isn't order confirmation enough to prove I'm picking up my order. That's a dumb way to make sure you're giving the right food to the right customer. It's not about someone stealing someone else's food. Maybe train your employees better. Disappointing

It's definitely a busy location during the lunch rush. I think it's best to order ahead, and simply make sure you got everything before you run out. Even while under pressure, staff is super friendly and kind. I usually order inside the store, of course the line gets long but it tends to move along fairly quick and they do their very best to get orders out as soon as they can. Food servings are generous, and tasty! Definitely a good place when feeling hungry for something on the healthier side and not too pricey like the other spots next to it.

IT WAS GREAT!! The food at Flame Broiler is fresh. non-GMO and organic. It is awesome for healthy eating and it's fresh and delicious every time you come in. You can get vegetarian options they have grilled tofu, grilled zucchini, the bowls, have broccoli, carrots and green onions and you can get all kind of additional stuff it is a really good I find myself craving it almost every day.It is fast food without any of the garbage!I highly recommend it.we eat there 3 times a week! can you can sit in or you can sit outside and enjoy the sun of the outside seating with umbrellas. I never come to write a bad review but I am today!! Mainly for the fact that who ever I spoke to today was just RUDE. Really trying to argue with me over some stupid "policy" they have in place at this location. Why do I need an ID to pick up my order that I payed for in advance? NO WHERE online nor on the order confirmation email does it say I need an ID to pick up my order. If it was noted somewhere I'd be fine with it, at least I'd come prepared. I decided to come in today 5/23 at about 11:50am on my 30 minute lunch break for the first time, never again! I enjoy the convenience of being able to order online and *presumably* go in to pick up my order *quickly* when I'm already on a time crunch, but that wasn't the case today. This older man tells me I need to see your ID. I kindly said oh I'm sorry I didn't bring my wallet, can I show you the confirmation email? He said NO I can't give you the order without your ID???? What are you talking about? I paid for the order already. Can I give you the last 4 of the card? Answer was no. He then goes on to point at some printed paper on the wall stating that ID's are required to pick up orders. OK after I placed the order you want to tell us that!So I told him are you going to give me my refund? He said GLADLY HAHAHA. Your location is losing money right? But voluntarily turning away business & losing customers due to your crappy customer service. He then goes on to ask me haven't you ever been here before? ACTUALLY NO I haven't. As much as I WANTED to say I just asked for my refund I'm on a 30 minute lunch I don't have time to argue. As I waited for the young man to finish taking the order he was taking so that he could give me my refund, the man who I was arguing with ended up telling me "I'll let it slide" like really? After sitting here and arguing with me. What a headache. I feel bad for the people that have to work with that man on a daily basis. I see I'm not the only one this has happened too & I the restaurant responded in the comments below blaming this policy on "credit card fraud" Few questions here, - do you ask for ID when people WALK IN and pay with a credit card? - if I asked someone else went to pick up my order, you're not doing to give it to them because the ID doesn't match? - If this is your policy why isn't this noted on the website for this location BEFORE someone spends their money here. Anyway, portion size has been extremely downsized. I got a mini & the bowl looked like a serving size I'd give to my chihuahua. Go spend your money next door at Roll 'Em Up or f*ing carl jr. Is this why so many flame broilers are going out of business? Losing customers due to their employees inept customer service skills.

This is a top-tier flame broiler. I come here just about every day for lunch and the food quality is always great. Other flame broilers don't seem to take as much care as this one does. The staff is all extremely friendly and greet me by name when I walk in the door. If I could give them 6 stars I would.
