The Flame Broiler

Of all the flame broilers this specific location is usually very accommodating and is pretty consistent with the quality of food that you can get. Sometimes flame broilers are terrible. This one is one I try to go to when I want this type of food. You get what you pay for and this is one of the better ones. If you want a better chance of having a good experience this exact location will probably take care of your food expectations.

I was triple charged when I ordered earlier today.Edit 1 - Contacted the store and spoke with the owner, Daniel. Currently waiting on an update from him regarding the issue.Edit 2 - Worked with Daniel to ensure the extra charges fell off. Was due to internet connectivity issues at that specific location.Thank you for the help Daniel.

Typical Flame Broiler tho not my normal location. It is what I expected it to be. It's good but nothing spectacular. Priced well. No complaints

Not sure why there's only 1 person working on a weekend during lunch hours . But the poor guy had to do everything by himself . And I had to wait almost a half hour to get a regular chicken bowl to-go . Then finally when I get it , I see there's about 80 percent rice and a few bites of chicken on top . Don't know how this location is still in business .

Good food. Good Service. I've seen the other negative reviews. We need places like this you guys. Stop being so hard on them, it's "fast food" not Mastros!

Accidentally forgot to order with no sauce, but did ask for no onions due to an allergy, they put onions anyways and when I asked for it to be remade the cook rudely said I already made it, but a new one. I bought a new one but what a rude response, especially since it has onions which I'm allergic to and I asked for bone and specified an allergy. I do not recommend the place the cook looks dirty and has a very rude attitude, I have made this mistake at another flame broiler and they have accommodated me and I left a big tip each time I messed up. I'm disappointed in their lack of compassion, especially because I am allergic to sauce and onions. Avoid this place and go to another flame broiler.

Always amazing. Always fresh & always fast. Their servings are just right for one person and to be honest I always have some left over. The staff is friendly and helpful. Their customer service is awesome. We place Togo usually and they're always fast to answer and fast to greet. We've never had an issue here at all. Not to mention we barley have to wait for the food. Over all I'd say they're great and definitely go if you love food bowls. They're a 10/10

Good pie good but they have Reduced the sauces in the container and you have to pay extra if you wanted more. Just go to a different flame broiler that are less greedy

Fist off let me start off by saying that the girl that worked the register was 100% amazing... so patient with me, kind, and super sweet. I had an issue with my payment and she totally helped me out without being rude or pushy. So thank you for that, also I appreciate her making sure I had extra sauce and utensils... service was great & the food is always great here. We will definitely be back!

The food was COLD, the angus beef is being mixed with the new and old they have in the corner, I got three meals waiting during our lunch break. The Asian employee there horrible and disgusting wiping his forehead sweat in his forearm have no nets in their hair; and not washing their hands while they handle cash and then getting back to the kitchen. No sense of customer service I waited nearly 25 mintues to get COLD food how the hell do you mess this up? The rice is already in the cooker and veggies are steamed like seriously not brain surgery. I had to take it back and then second time it was STILL cold. So upsetting. The Asian dude is on a power trip cussing away in the kitchen and ONLY get the sauce IF you have your food ready otherwise don't touch it like all these rules bro
