Sucks that they don't sell individual patties with cheese. It's only the year 2025 after the low carb / carnivore revolution and they don't accommodate to sell patties alone for customers who only want to eat the meat alone. The average price of a burger is $12-13 which is peanuts, not including that you don't get fries with it. How many peanuts do I have to buy to make up for the ripoff in which they conduct business. I'm not sure how in & out has not completely blown 5 guys out of the water just based on value, convenience, and customer service. Music was pretty loud in here too. Wouldn't recommend coming thru. Not sure why my parent enjoys this place.

I love Five Guys normally. Tried this location for the first time and the experience from the food to customer service was very poor.I ordered online to be able to pick it up in an efficient matter however even after arriving 10 minutes after the ready time, I still had to wait another 15 minutes for the fries and shake to be ready. Then before we left, we always check the order to make sure everything's right. When I say the fries were practically raw... It was like flash fried fries. Went back in and asked for a replacement and got attitude for it. Which is annoying I get it to have to remake something but I was extremely nice about it considering how undercooked they were. For a total of $45 dollars for 2 burgers and 1 fries.... Definitely not returning.

Entrance is a bit messy with bags and boxes of French fries etc. Almost as if they don't have enough storage in the back. Not a big fan of that. Food is very customizable. Everything is a la carte versus meals. Food is VERY pricey. For me and my son I ended up spending $50. Food is good but nothing to write home about. Service is pretty quick. There are lots of tables to sit at and bar stool seating. It is a quiet atmosphere. We like to come here after my son gets his haircut a few doors down at SportClips.

The burgers are delicious with fresh toppings, but they're definitely on the expensive side. The portion sizes are generous, and the fries are great, but for the price, I was expecting something a little more special. It's a solid choice if you're craving a good burger, but I can't help but feel like the cost doesn't quite match the experience. Great for an occasional treat, but not somewhere I'd go regularly.

Free peanuts! I wanted to try the Cajun Fires, they were just OK. I think I like regular fries, which are the bomb. Hot, soft inside, salty, little bit of grease. No need for ketchup, but it's there and so is malt vinegar if you want. I stopped in after a rare Angels home game win for a quick snack. There were a few Angels fans that also came here after the ball game. Little Cajun Fries $5.29 Regular soda $3.39

We absolutely love this location, service has always been exceptional, burgers and fries are always freshly made, which we really like. Restrooms are clean, as is the restaurant. Parking is convenient and this FG's is located in a very nice shopping center.

The service was amazing - the manager (or asst mgr) who offered me a sample of the shake gets it, it's all about customer service and he nailed it. Hope these guys thrive cuz they deserve to.

$40. for a hot dog, hamburger, 1 lg fry and 2 lg drinks??? We came to try and escape the 90+° weather but it was literally the same inside. No A/C? What's the $40 going towards? Yeah, no thanks.

Better than your typical fast food burger like burger king, jack in the box etc..Not better than In & Out or shake shack though but somewhat close. Lots of beefy flavor in the burger.Fries is WAY overly salty, barely could stomach it. Also quite soggy. They give you more fries than you pay for though so that's a plus if you like these fries. I prefer Arby's seasoned fries over these any day.Friendly cashier, lots of space to sit, generally clean.
