Another big 10, for the burgers and fries and the excellent , eager, professional staffPricey yes , but these are *classic American burgers * with the absolute top of the line fries . Free shelled peanuts are available right out on the floor The dining room is '50s which is agreeable to boomer like me We enjoyed everything today but found the PA music appalling and wrong for an eathouse : can't hear my partner for life and makes me eat faster .Then I need tums ....Anyway super kudos to the best on the planet

I recently had the chance to try Five Guys, thanks to a birthday gift card from my cousin, and I was excited to see what all the hype was about. Right off the bat, I want to give a heads-up--if you have a peanut allergy, this place may not be for you. They have an abundance of free peanuts available as an appetizer, and the atmosphere is definitely filled with that unmistakable peanut scent.When it comes to burgers, Five Guys offers an impressive variety of toppings, but I found it to be a bit overwhelming. There were so many flavors competing that I struggled to really taste the meat itself, which was disappointing. It felt like the toppings overshadowed the quality of the burger itself.On a more positive note, the fries were quite good! I appreciated the option of malt vinegar, which you don't often find at burger joints. It added a nice touch to the experience. However, I was taken aback by the price--two burgers and fries set me back $30, which I don't think is quite worth it for the overall experience.While I enjoyed some aspects of my visit, particularly the fries and the variety of toppings, I don't think I'll rush back anytime soon. Five Guys certainly has its fans, but it just didn't quite hit the mark for me.

It's weird that I haven't tried Five Guys before (that's what she said), but here we go. THE FOOD. - Little Cheeseburger | Beef patty cooked to medium and added a bunch of toppings because that's how I be. It was good, - Bacon Cheeseburger | This had a little heft with two beef patties. Bacon was crispy and sweet. - Cajun Style Fries | A little heat, but balanced with a little sweetness. It was nice. I'd return, but the price point was a little too high and I felt like I had to add every topping imaginable to justify it.

Music so loud they messed up my order. Waited 20 min to get a wrong burger. Waiting some more to get it right. Won't be back. Too many other burger joints to choose from.

Yikes, okay. Maybe this is an unpopular opinion, but I don't understand the hype about this place. 2 cheeseburgers, 2 fries and 2 drinks is what I ordered. A pretty standard order for a burger joint. My total? $48I had to double check the screen to make sure the lady got my order right because I couldn't believe 2 meals from a fast food place could cost that much.Okay, so carry onThen I was asked what I wanted in my burger. What? Nothing comes on it? For that much money, you also have to come up with what you want on a burger?Oh, and when my order came... well I attached a photo of how my $48 meal came out looking like.Sheesh.

This five guys place had some solid food. The burgers themselves are excellent. Great flavor and great size. The biggest con is the expensive prices of everything. Compared to other burger places you could get two or three burgers for the price of one here. Other than that the place was clean with kind workers. Overall I have to knock this place down to the expensive prices and low economic value.

I tried to avoid this place as much as possible. I'm not only when I work for Doordash but also when I want to go places to eat. The staff is so fake. I've literally heard them smile and say thank you and as soon as the customer walks away, don't talk shit about them in front-of customers. but the reason I'm writing this review is because they treat dasher poorly n make us wait longer. Today I saw people that came in after get their food before even doe it's an online order placed several minutes prior. When I asked for the food a third time they handed a bag that had been sitting there for a long time then smiled n said our mistake. This happens often.

This location has seen a noticeable decline in quality since COVID. The food is often prepared incorrectly, with missing add-ons or customization requests frequently overlooked. On top of that, customer service has become a major issue with the staff seemingly unresponsive & unhelpful, making for an overall frustrating experience. What was once a reliable spot for a good burger now falls short on both quality & service. If I were given a free meal, I would still not return to this restaurant & wish I could provide zero stars.

The food was delivered faster than what we were told and the fries were still pretty warm and edible by the time we got our food. I like the burgers and love that everything is on the side that you can add onI love their milkshakes and how you can custom order those as well. I am shocked to see that they do not have great reviews. They are consistent with their product, which now a days, is amazing.
