FireLake Grill House & Cocktail Bar

Very unexpected and pleasantly surprised. The bartender was very personable. The food was so delicious.

We had a staycation at Radisson Blu anaheim to celebrate our 4 year anniversary and decided to have dinner at FireLake. Not only is this restaurant incredibly esthetic, clean, modern, fun...but the service is literally unmatched. When we made our reservation, we told them we were celebrating our anniversary!!! They went above and beyond to make us feel special by having a thoughtful/sweet happy anniversary note waiting at our table.Oscar helped us throughout our dinner, he had the best recommendations (Hanger steak, literally melts in your mouth and the potatoe)!!! He also checked in on us regularly; making sure we were happy with our food, topping off our drinks (our glasses were never empty) and always available without being inconvenient at all. Oscar had an infectious happy energy that truly made our evening/dinner.Highly recommend coming here and if Oscar is working; definitely sit in his section - I promise you will be in the best care :)

I've been in and out of hotels and seeing how food in hotels have gotten better but today this is a new bar set by fire lake. I had a duck Benedict that was delicious. House made English muffin, not to knock the store bought stuff since I have it at home but nothing is better then a thick piece of hearty toast supporting the beautiful silky smoothegg yolk smothering my plate. Just delicious.

We stayed at the Anaheim Radission Blu hotel and this restaurant is one of the two that are on-site. The other restaurant doesn't allow kids and isn't open for breakfast so we came here by default. I assumed it would be the usual overpriced hotel restaurant with subpar food but I was wrong. I ordered the Duck Hash, which had tons of flavor and the hollandaise sauce was light and creamy. I'm a big fan of hollandaise and it makes or breaks my dish, and this place got it right. T got the canadian bacon benedict. Pretty normal dish, nothing special to say about this one. I probably would give them 5 stars if he had ordered something else and had enjoyed it as much as I enjoyed my hash. We topped it off with 2 mimosas and fefore we left, we grabbed two margaritas to bring out to the pool. The decor is modern, airy and very nice. Service was good, he was friendly and fun.

It's really just high priced hotel food. We came for breakfast and while they had something for everyone, $35 for a piece of avocado toast, bacon, tea and juice is just excessively priced. Service was good and the food comes out like lightning.

Located inside the stunning Radisson Blu hotel. Delicious food with amazing service from the greeters, servers and cooking staff. Family friendly restaurant with incredible decor. Full service bar with a delicious breakfast menu. We enjoyed our time here and looking forward to our next visit. I highly recommend you check it out!

Visited while staying at the Radisson Blu for Valentine's Day weekend (actually caught the ending of the Super Bowl here). Great food, good drinks, nice decor, and very hospitable staff. Would return again just to eat when if I wasn't staying over at the hotel.

This restaurant is beautiful from the dining sets to the walls to the tiny details in the decor. But that's not even the best part - the service was outstanding. We never waited a second for service, we were waited on constantly which was amazing and all staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was also delicious along with their Michelada! Highly recommend this restaurant and this hotel.

Loved it the staff were so friendly, the food was tasty and delicious, they recommended the rooftop bar to see the fireworks my experience here was excellent definitely will be coming back when I'm in Orange County again!
