Fantastic service, the guy at the front was kind and amiable. The restaurant layout was spacious and there were many good spots to sit, even thought I was getting takeout. The food took little time to make, but the efficiency wasn't a trade off for the quality of the food. The food is so fresh and fragrant and I enjoyed every bite. I highly recommend the orange chicken and crispy beef, I was not expecting those flavors.

Never been here, but the kids recommended it for me and my wife to eat here.Did not disappoint. In fact, it passed expectations. You from an automated screen and you take a number sensor device. You choose your own table to sit at and place the device on it.There is a small area where you get your utensils, plates, condiments, and drinks. Then you will hear the robot announcer that it is coming to the table number and it brings the food to you. The robot has a few shelves on it so it tells you which is your food. It was so cool.We got pineapple shrimp, Kung pow chicken, sauté green beans, and rice. All were very good and we had leftovers that tasted just as good the next day.Definitely come again.

Crispy Beef (~$18): 3/5. Quite crispy, kinda sweet, slightly tangy. Lightly coated narrow beef strips tossed in sauce and sprinkled with carrot slivers. It was a real facial workout chewing the beef haha. Though it wasn't as savory and meaty as I'd hoped, it was still a satisfying entree.Chili Pork Wontons (~$10 for 8pc): 4/5. Wontons were cooked well, drenched in mildly spicy chili oil, and topped with green onions. I liked that it wasn't the tingly type of spice. A yummy appetizer for sure.Egg Custard Sesame Balls (~$9 for 3pc): 5/5. These were great! They're served piping hot and filled with liquid gold. The dough had a nice, chewy texture. The filling is a yolky, not-too-runny, perfectly sweetened custard with a hint of salt. Tasty when fresh, at room temp, or even warmed up the next day. My only gripes are that they're pretty pricey and a bit greasy.Service: 5/5. Andy was welcoming and helpful. He patiently answered all my questions and offered to take my order over the counter when both self-serve kiosks were busy. Food came out in a decent time considering the many orders they received during lunchtime.Atmosphere: 5/5. For a weekday lunch rush, it wasn't crowded inside or outside, so you can peacefully enjoy your meal there. Interior was clean and modern. Ample parking is very close to the shaded outdoor seating.

This is one of those annoying places that uses a robot to deliver everything to your table even when the restaurant is empty. And still has the nerve to ask for a tip. Will never come back.*edit* to respond to the feedback from the restaurant. Yes you are correct, you order from the kiosk. I foolishly tipped anyway because I felt the poor fellow behind the counter should get something for bringing my food to the table. So you can imagine how annoying to discover that the robot was going to deliver the food. If I had known I wouldn't even walk in. Let alone leave a tip.

Loved that I could order vegetarian dishes here for dine in or take out and expect the same consistency every time. There's a robot that delivers your meals if you dine in, which is pretty neat, too. I love how they season their green beans here. Their stir fried veggies also comes with side of rice. The egg rolls and veggies dumplings were also pretty good. Another great find for Tustin Marketplace.

Wow this little place really churns out the food! So fresh and delicious and so many choices! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The robot bringing your dish to the table is a great touch! We tried several dishes and everything was great. The broccoli chicken was extra good with only nice white chicken and tons of broccoli. Definitely worth making a trip to Tustin to try something new! The owner Toby made sure we were happy and we left with many leftovers!

I came here in person with my co-workers. Customer service was top notch. Staff is always super friendly and helpful and very understanding and communicative when you're not pleased with your experiences. My co-workers came here a couple time and really enjoyed the food they ordered. Orange Chicken - tasted clean with white meats and not heavy with batters like some other places. Stir Fried String Beans were soft and freshly crispy. Crispy Beef was a hit. Order at the counter and pay. Self-served drinks and they have to-go bags by utensils area so you don't have to ask. The whole place was really clean and staff were very attentive with any questions/issues.

Everspring is such a peculiar restaurant when it comes to the spectrum of Chinese food. It is absolutely higher quality and tier than your typical American Chinese fast food. It's not quite the authentic nostalgic immigrant restaurant your aunties go to given the location, menu selection, and prices. But the flavors are a far-cry from the taboo "fusion" restaurants that suggest appropriation. And to be honest, despite the chairs, QR menus at tables, and gimmicky robot it still doesn't feel like a sit-down restaurant given all the disposable plates and utensils. What Everspring DOES do is something different that's kind of pays respect to all the above. Highly recommend the shaken beef, either sit-down or taken out as it held it's texture after being reheated. I will likely order it again.
