Excellent coffee spot in Santa Margarita.Welcoming and warm service and uplift coffee and pastries. Place is spacious and clean. We got everything we needed to keep our day going :)Thank you!!! Will be back!!!

I was a little worried to try this place after the 1 and 2 star reviews. I was stuck in the area for a volleyball tournament, and decided to roll the dice and give it a try. It was a basic looking place. I got a latte and it was okay. Not great, but not bad either. I also got a ham and cheese croissant which I enjoyed. The staff that I dealt with were polite and professional.

My Matcha Made in Heaven!My husband is an Elissimo devotee - practically has a reserved seat at this point. Me? I was green with envy that they didn't offer matcha... until NOW!Talk about a match made in heaven! Their matcha is a 10/10, no ifs, ands, or buts about it. It's so good, it'll make you want to cha-cha with joy!Seriously, run, don't walk, to Elissimo and give it a try. You'll be so happy you matcha move!

Elissimo Coffee:A Bit of a MissI recently stopped by Elissimo for a quick latte with almond milk. The staff was friendly and efficient, which was a plus. However, the coffee itself was a bit disappointing. It had a sour taste that wasn't quite to my liking. While the service was great, the beverage fell short of expectations.

After being evacuated due to fires in LA, we stopped by while staying in the area with friends. Unfortunately, the iced coffees were flavorless and disappointing. The service was subpar, making us feel like we were inconveniencing the staff. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and we wouldn't return.

Elissimo Coffee is a quiet and cozy spot with great coffee and tea options! Plenty of seating to catch up with a friend or talk business too.

Staff is friendly and the inside is cute. As for the coffee itself, the overall flavor was good, and I would come back every once in a while. Take away: Decent coffee, but nothing to rave about.

The service I received was nice and quick, however my $4 small cappuccino had a sour shot, with way too hot of milk and the milk somehow had 0 texture to it.

The most excellent coffee I've had in South Orange County or really anywhere else in Orange County. Feels like a very eclectic coffee shop you'd find in the coastal areas or in LA. The coffee is some of the best I've ever had anywhere and I'm very picky. The baked goods are unbelievable. The service is excellent. I'm so happy that such a unique Small business is located near where I live and I plan to support them. I am not a fan of Starbucks or chain, coffee places. This is the opposite of places like that in the best of ways. They roast their own beans in the store and it reminds me of Deitrich's in Costa Mesa in the 1990s.
