Jenny was being lazy. She didn't want to take my order. She really wanted me to use the kiosk. I didn't want to use the kiosk. I don't get paid to use the kiosk. I don't work here. Doesn't make sense why I couldn't get attended properly. She forced me to use the kiosk. She was being rude even after she handed me my food. She didn't give me utensils. Just not good customer service. I ordered two pollo bowls. I guess it was too much for her. I let her know at the end. I will be posting this on Yelp.

So this happened today. They added order machines to the counter and really do not want to service the customer personally. Horrible customer service. I do not work here. I want my order taken by a human. The food is generally always good here. The people are generally pretty nice. There was virtually no one in there restaurant. I usually come here 4 times a week to eat. I think this may be the last time I eat here. Andi will be avoiding all my friends to do three same. The restaurant was generally clean. I wonder how many employees no longer work here. This is what your new minimum wage looks like. Lousy democrats.

Okay so I came here on my break the other day with my girlfriend and we used the kiosk. My girlfriend received her food pretty quickly, so i decided to wait by the counter. A couple minutes passed and people who ordered after me continued to get their food. So I ask about it and the girl said "we're just waiting for the breast. " 20 minutes pass. Then 30. Then my girlfriend goes up and asks how much longer and they say to her "we have no chicken. It'll be about 30 more minutes". We had already waited 30 minutes and we had both checked in multiple times and no one had decided to tell us it would take an hour to get my breast plate.. obviously we were very mad because now our break was up and we didn't have time to get something else. This all aside, we were barely offered a refund, the manager comes up to my girlfriend, says NOTHING, no apology, won't even look at her. She says "you really should tell people that it's going to take that many minutes for their food". Still didn't even say anything or look at her. Luckily others overheard this all and asked for a refund as well. Gonzolo was his name we think. Maybe yall should have chicken ready at prime dinner time at somewhere called el pollo loco.

I ordered a 4 piece meal, all legs, and what I got was the back half (including the tail), and part of a thigh, and when I mentioned it to a worker, he just turned away from me and blew me off. No acknowledgment. Not very good customer service in my opinion. I'm not sure if I'll be back.

Received a burrito with grill cleaner on it. Manager, Gonzalo, does not have problem solving skills.. let alone any costumer service skills. He wouldn't address the problem but he had the drive thru cashier refund the order. They tried to say it was just a burnt burrito, but as you can see.. it's grill cleaner, it smears, and tastes like chemicals. The cashier agreed its grill cleaner. Thank you to the drive thru cashier... Gonzalo you need to work on rectifying situations and addressing situations yourself as the manager. Still not satisfied of a simple refund. Just went tried to buy dinner for my family. I tried to go through the drive through and waited for approximately 3 cars before I got to the speaker. Once I got to the speaker I was told I cannot order (3) three piece breast and wing orders and (1) two piece breast and wing order. I was told that it would take 10 minutes. I said, "that's fine." The young lady helping me stated, "I cannot sell those to you through the drive-thru, because it will take 10 minutes." I said, I will obviously park and wait. She said, no I can't do that and that I needed to wait in the drive thru and come inside. In essence I was told to either back up or wait even longer for the cars for me to clear and come inside to order. My family really wanted chicken so I backed up in the drive thru praying I did not get boxed in for hit someone or something. I ordered inside and complained to the manager Gonzalo who said that his employee did the right thing and that it was corporate policy. Had I followed what they wanted I would have been there for 45 to 50 minutes before I got my order. Eventually I got my order (inside) after ordering at the kiosk and got a chicken wing with feathers in it! Never again!
