El Pollo Loco

Looks normal. I've been here 3 times I think in about 2 years. It's been a while. The only thing remarkable here is, they have a younger A-A employee who 100%, steadfastly, WILL NOT wait on Black customers, even when going through the drive-thru! His hatred is pallatable. i had long forgotten this foible so I stopped by after what felt like years. The guy cocks his eyes sideways, purses that mouth like he's irritated, escapes behind the counter, exchanges duties with another young man - after the last customer before the Black one is done. Does it every time. It is not as strange as you may think. I'm sure the food's okay.

What happened to this pollo loco location? It used to be awesome! Food always piping hot and such great customer service. Such a bummer. Came here hungry today wanting good ol' pollo loco. Rice was inedible, cold and hard, chicken was cold and believe it or not tasteless. Photo of the rice. Corn was great and semi warm. That's the reason for one star. How can this be improved? Easy, serve hot food, bring out salsas from the refrigerator ready to serve for the customers.

Love it when it looks like Stevie Wonder filled my taco order. No napkins either. Avoid avoid avoid.

Sunday 4-27-24 7:30 pmMy husband wanted something to eat quickly. I wanted a drive-thru he didn't so we dined in. I wished we didn't. The food was fine but the place was a complete mess. The entire restaurant was dirty. Tables were not clean, food was all over the floor, garbage was not picked up, trays were not picked up, soda machine was not clean but what was worse was the restroom. Ugh went to wash my hands the entire restroom was filthy. It was disgusting. The staff only one that was nice was the young man ringing us up the rest were in the back doing what, I don't know but when one female came out she was texting and went to the register. I will never go back there. The managers and whoever owns this place DO NOT CARE because it shows through their employees. Very sad wouldn't be surprised if they close.

Friendly staff at the front.Quiet foot traffic and open space to eat.Restroom use for customers and water cups without hassle.Excepting coupons and pocket change lol.

When you think fast food it really isn't healthy but then you have pollo loco and it's pretty much healthy for the price point. This of course is reliant and what you order lol. I have been coming to this pollo loco for years now and the review is long overdue. I live the fact that they never mess up my order and that says a lot from fast food places. Been coming here and don't foresee me going to another pollo loco. If it's not broken why fix it right?

Homeless lady doing crazy stuff in the restaurant. Making guest feel uncomfortable for about an hour . No manager addressed the issue nor tried to make her leave . Really made me lose my appetite. Management can't handle the restaurant. Note it was not busy at all no excuses for this

This used to be my go to el pollo loco. This place is POORLY managed. I ordered a double chicken avocado bowl and there's barely any chicken in it. Also, the chicken is burnt. So disappointing that food has gotten more expensive and quality is down. I haven't eaten my food yet. Needed to write this review first. DISAPPOINTED. Corporate needs to pay a visit.

I ordered three Bean rice and cheese burritos. I was only given two but charged for three. I was not given a receipt and when I try to call the number it does not go through. I just arrived at work and checked my bag very disappointed in the drive through and the customer service. There is no reason I should be overcharged for product I did not receive.

While eating my food. I noticed a STICKER inside of my burrito. I'm not sure what else there is to be said. Nasty. Unacceptable.
