El Pollo Loco

Super good yummy and tasty food. :) we ate chicken and leg meal and Guacamole Chicken Burrito. Only 16 dollars for all of it too! It was so gooooooood and so filling I'd come here everyday since I live super close. Service was fast literally sat down and already got my food. Ambiance is nice with the Mexican music and decoration. Such a homey place!!!!

This Taco Bell is probably the worst one ive ever been to. The atmosphere is that of an unwanted dog. They look at you in despise. The "manager" is on her phone showing everyone pictures on her phone. Two gentlemen came in as I was waiting for a lid for my drink and she called the cook as she "didnt want to speak spanish"... shes useless. Couldnt take my order, nor could she hand me a lid. The place reeks of dirty wet sock and feet. Go to del taco or even in n out. Spend your money elsewhere. This place is straight cheeks.

I've had friends tell us of their bad experiences at this location, but we went against our better judgement and decided to give them a try since it had been years since we had last had this chicken. *I think we had stopped going because we had gotten dry, overcooked chicken and were really disappointed. But again, going against our better judgement, we decided to give them a try again.Our first thought was - WOW! Their prices has gone up a lot since the last time we had gone - Then we made the terrible mistake of being fooled by the promotion that flashed on their order screens - it appears that ordering with a person is a thing of the past. The promo said that if you signed up for their app, you would get a free burrito with your first order - so, I signed up - which felt like it took me 15 minutes.I then started my order but couldn't find out how to add the free burrito. I asked the girls behind the counter who had no idea about the promo. So first they asked a Manager - who didn't know - then supposedly they asked the owner. We were told that the free burrito would appear after 24-hours of placing your order. *Didn't see that anywhere in the fine print - copy attached for you to see - you be the Judge.So whatever - we passed on ordering $30 worth of chicken, decided to go somewhere else, and I deleted the app that I had just signed up for.Moral of the Story - don't be fooled by the false ad on the virtual order taker - no need to waste your time to sign up for the App. It's not worth it!! And unless you have a coupon, I'd say pass on Pollo Loco - otherwise you'll be spending $30 to $40 for a family meal

I got a tostada to go. It was very good. Everything was fresh and the chicken was well prepared. I especially liked the added flavor of the pinto beans. It also came with chips and salsa. I didn't dine in so can't comment on the ambiance.

So delicious every time. I have tried almost everything on their menu and it is always so fresh. Service is always quick and polite. I really love coming here because I feel good about the quality of food that El Pollo Loco serves. It feels like good, wholesome, healthy food. Their Chicken is marinated with lemon which is my favorite! Thank you to the General Manager Carla for being so friendly and kind!

Absolutely amazing customer service! Janeas was so welcoming and nice. She is great at doing her job Food was good! Better than other Pollo Locos I been to.

We had a recent dinner at this El Pollo Loco in Orange. Thanks to Joyce who provided us Seniors with helpful, patience and kind service especially when using their new kiosk ordering system.

I tried to order off of the kiosk and it was giving my family and I issues. I asked for help from Emilia. Emilia was a completely rude, unhelpful, and had the worst attitude. I hope they train better here because how she treated my family was unacceptable. Restaurant was decently clean. Food was great.

My husband and I got all the way home and I opened up my taco and it was completely burnt! This is totally unacceptable. The chicken inside was burnt too. And part of the outer shell was missing. This was the first time we've eaten at this location and we won't be going back. The fast food workers got huge raises, the prices went up, and the quality went way down.

We order two for $5 tacos on Tuesday 10/28 We ordered the tacos at 7:10 then received them at 7:28 it took 18 minutes to get to tacos the hard shell taco was overcooked.
