Einstein Bros. Bagels

Stopped by on a weekend morning, and love that they have a spacious patio area, along with a decent amount of seating inside. I ordered on the app, and my bagels were ready by the time I got there. Got the spinach Florentine bagel and the cheesy hash brown bagel egg sandwich. Both were fresh, delicious and smothered with cream cheese, just the way I like it.

First timer. Great service, everyone seemed nice. The hispanic cashier was super friendlyordered a All Nighter, solid 8/10. Girlfriend ordered a bacon & cheddar 7/10. They were warm, weird that they didn't come out hot like the hashbrown. The cheese was slightly cold still. Feel like they put it together and warm it up quick in microwave. The hashbrown is good but mushy inside, 6/10. I prefer McDonalds hashbrowns over these. I'd come back if in the area, but wouldn't drive down here (as I came from the IE).

Oh wow wow wow. Where to begin. I had such a horrible experience. Let me tell you, if you want to wake up in the morning, visit this location and ask for Zach.Zach was very rude to me right off the bat. I wanted to make it easy for him so I specified my order saying, "Can I have a bakers dozen, just bagels, no cream cheese please?" I guess I wasn't specific enough because he responded very rudely saying, "What do you want." I thought maybe it's a one off comment so I continued with the order. I looked down to my phone to see the list that was provided to me and answered him. Whilst answering Zach, he walked away and yelled at me from across the room "I can help you over here." I was shocked and just went over there to attempt to finish my order. Once I got there he demanded, "What do you want." So I read the list to him again. When he finished getting the bagels, Zach curtly responded with, "There's only 11; you have 2 more."I responded with, "I'm not sure which 2 are missing but I'll reread the list." I gave him the list one more time, which he rudely cut me off saying "you did NOT say 2 cinnamon bagels." He then replied saying you have one left in your order. Then I said "I don't think so because 11+2=13 right?" He then said Ok and walked away.By now, I was so confused in our interaction. I met him at the cash register where he rang me up. I didn't want to mess up the order because this is for work so I asked him to count the bagels again where he screamed at me saying "There's 12." I asked him if I could have one more and he rudely said "What do YOU want!" At that point I gave up and said, "Just surprise me."Now some background. Another lady at work usually picks up the bagels but she had an appointment to attend so I volunteered to do it this week. I went to a different location than where we usually get it from because this one is closer to where I live. I have never ordered from Einstein Bros. Bagels before. This was my very first time. To have this experience, I was shocked to say the least. I found out later that I needed to ask them to slice the bagels. But I wonder, if I did ask Zach to slice the bagels, would he start throwing the bagels at me? I just felt like I annoyed him by just walking in. If you're not a morning person, why are you working a job that requires you to be up so early? So yeah. If you want a wake up call, ask for Zach!

Truly not sure how this place has so few stars, the service here has been amazing every time despite this being such a crowded spot in the mornings. You're greeted by a chorus of welcomes as soon as you walk in the door and the cashiers are friendly and courteous. Even on busy days I've never waited more than 5 minutes for my bagel order. Also, it may sound surprising, but their drip coffee is delish. Definitely going to be my new go to caffeine fix since it's right next to my Pilates studio.

Hmm...service is declining once again. In the last 3 visits, they have not gotten it right each of those times. I've been patient by not share the feedback here but today I've got to. I was the only customer at the time. I asked for a simple toasted bagel spread with schmear and cut in half. A very basic and common request. My bagel was neither toasted nor cut in half.I hope the staff can pay better attention moving forward and execute properly.

I've always wanted to try Einstein Bagels and finally tried it. I got the maplehouse bagel which was a seasonal bagel. The bagel was sweet and savory at the same time. It was tasty but I'm not sure if I would order it again. I've ordered their bagels and cream cheese before and it's very good. They have a variety for both. Einstein's was very busy when I went Sat morning but it went by really quick!!

My wife and I recently started eating Brueggers and have had it about 3 times each and absolutely LOVE IT. We always go the same location off Alton Parkway. Before I give my review on the food, I want to give a big shoutout to the GM Raymond Kletke. He was extremely professional explaining a situation with payment and we had a awesome conversation about other things.Far as the food, we have to say Brueggers is more refined far as tasted and even quality. The bagels were extremely hard to where "BOTH" of our jaws were hurting from the excessive chewing. The sandwich was ok but was underwhelming. It lacked a depth of flavor and even the texture of the bacon was extra chewy. The hashbrown lacked flavor all together where I didn't even finish it. The only thing I felt tasted decent was the blueberry muffin which is saddening being that that's not intended to be the standout of the meal. But my wife didn't eat hers because was too sweet (she said it tasted like breakfast cereal).I admit, I started to give this a 2-3 at first but when I watched my wife struggle to bite into her bagel and after few minutes she said her jaw was hurting as well, I had to be honest. Also, they don't take anything such as PayPal, Cashapp or payments to that nature (even though Brueggers does) I got charged twice and have to wait for bank releases the hold of funds back into my account. The price for everything was GREAT even though the quality wasn't and because I have the app, I get rewards we can be used at Brueggers as well. I'm hoping this reaches management and higher up to improve quality, because their sister restaurant is 10 times better or some form of action taken.

Bagels are so crispy and amazing with cream cheese. The drinks are just way too sweet in my opinion.

We love the W Sam Houston location! They understand what great service's all about, especially Lisa always greeting with a smile making everybody welcome wanting to come back.

It was a bad idea to visit this morning. The bad experience here ruined my morning. I will not come again.
