I just found out that they serve mimosas and it's very tasty! I don't think they use a store bought juice, juice itself is very tasty!

Elite Yelper Alyssa guided me to Eggspresso in Fullerton and it did not disappoint. I tried the Salmon Egg Florentine. It was cooked to perfection. Not too light and also not heavy. To drink, I had an ice mocha latte and had no complaints. I will definitely return here.

Located amongst the other businesses in the plaza is the breakfast eatery. Once you enter the lot you will need to retrieve a parking ticket in which you can validate afterwards. Ordering is minimal with QR codes posted on the tables and the food and drinks came out relatively quick. Not too heavy of a selection for brunch foods but I noticed a mix of some fusion items, savory and sweet items, and classic options, and vegetarian options as well. I went for their Broccolini Omelet and my friends had a Pork Belly Rice Bowl and their Bacon Jam BLT. To my omelet I added some fingerling potatoes, and the meal was pretty mild so I had some hot sauce packets for some spice. I liked the pesto they used within the omelet which gave it more flavor! The meal tasted healthy and clean, however, still very casual for a breakfast spot. I'd recommend for a quick bite to eat as the service was fast for our matcha latte and coffees!

Got here at 11am Saturday and it was crowded with a few tables available only. We took one of the open tables inside and didn't bother looking at the outside patio. Within an hour or less, the line to order grew and was basically by the door! This place is evidently super popular even though parking is very limited. The Kimchi fried rice was amazing! Really tasty and a good level of spicy. I got a hot "The Forest" which was their lavender matcha. Brunch was very filling and delicious, and also picture-worthy. Even though it's a little bit far from me, I'd come here for brunch again.

Been wanting to try this place for a while now since I saw it on Instagram. For everything pictured, we paid $60 (a bit pricey). Great thing is that you're able to get parking validated (free for 2 hours)! The place is a bit small, but you seat yourself and order via QR code. The food came fast!Strawberry matcha latte - The matcha flavor isn't very strong, but I do appreciate that the strawberries weren't sour/tart. It was okay, but nothing special.Portobello fries - Not a lot of flavors on the actual fries, but the green sauce it came with tasted good. It also tasted good with the hollandaise sauce that came with the chicken and waffles.Chicken and waffles Benedict - Probably the best thing here. I thought the chicken was seasoned really well, but the waffle were very soft and not crispy. Eggs were just alright.Pork belly bowl - I personally thought the pork belly was fried too crispy for my liking. I found it to be hard to eat/chew. There wasn't a lot to pair with how much rice they give. I didn't think it had much flavor either. I wasn't a fan of the green sauce the rice came mixed in with, I thought it only tasted like spice and nothing else?Overall, I'm glad we were able to try it, but might not be back. Not sure if this is due to what we ordered or the fact we came close to closing.

I have been coming here for years. This has been my go to place every time I have to see my doctor across the street or work in the day nearby. The quality and care they put into their food makes this hands down my favorite place to eat for breakfast. There is a place down the street I like as well but I always find myself coming here. Everything is always picture perfect, the food and drinks always excellent and tasty, presentation is always picture perfect, and customer service is always helpful and friendly. I remember when an artist came into St. Jude to sketch pictures of the staff after COVID. To this day, we still talk about how we are on the walls of Eggspresso and tease each other about it. Such memories.. Service: you can order with a QR code at the table or you can go up and order at the counter. The staff at the counter were very friendly.Peach iced tea: perfect , unsweetened, no complaintsPortobello fries: my favorite appetizer. I order this every time I come here. Classic breakfast: handmade sausage, delicious jelly on the side, tiny potatoes. Perfectly cooked eggs. What can I say, I love this place

A cute little spot for some fusion brunch with a nice and thoughtful menu but lacked a bit of the execution. At first we thought the parking situation was a bit annoying but they do validate parking as there was no free parking to be seen around with all of the medical facilities nearby. It was a bit confusing as we were not sure if we could just sit down anywhere on our own. After a bit we figured out that we could just scan the barcode and order from a table if we wanted to dine in. It was surprisingly busy on a Monday afternoon. For drinks we got the butterscotch cream latte and the strawberry matcha latte. The butterscotch was good but I wished it was a more prominent flavor. I could also barely taste the strawberry in the matcha latte. For appetizers we got the dirty potatoes which were a little lackluster as they weren't that seasoned and only came with sour cream. We also got the portobello fries which I liked better especially since it came with the green aioli sauce! The broccolini omelet was decent and came with a nice salad on the salad and the lemon cream pancakes were also a decent texture but got a little dry to eat if I didn't douse it in syrup.I really want to like this place more but everything was just ok overall.

Went for brunch and everything was very filling and flavorful! Cute little spot that has seating inside and outside. This is an order first, then select your seats kind of establishment. They offer 2 hr parking validation which I'm glad for, but the parking lot is small.

This place was pretty tasty!!! I was kinda overwhelmed with parking because I thought it was paid but the restaurant validates your parking which is good! The food itself was pretty standard. The pork belly was very crispy and so was the chicken as well. The eggs were also very yummy and I love my yolks runny. There isn't much service other than them handing you the food since you order through QR code and sit at any table. But my little interactions I had with the workers was actually very nice!! When my friend dropped his utensils they were quick to notice and hand him another one. The inside is also cute. There is also outside seating as well. The only downside to this place is that it is a little pricey but the food is great regardless.
