Ordered the cookie butter cold brew large size under $6 just wow Absolutely loved the coffee it was worth the stop. Service is always great

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this Dunkin' Donuts location. The professionalism and quality are severely lacking, and the staff does not seem knowledgeable about handling customer orders.I recently ordered their new brisket item and was deeply disappointed with what I received. On my way to school, I tried calling this location multiple times that day to address the issue but received no answer. I even left two messages and never heard back. When I finally had the chance to visit the store today to speak to a manager, they refused to honor the situation, claiming too much time had passed--even though I explained I had been too busy to return sooner.Today, I ordered a frozen coffee and some Munchkins. To my surprise, the "frozen" coffee I received was completely watered down and clearly not frozen. I politely handed it back, explaining the issue, and the manager made me wait another five minutes only to return and tell me their blender wasn't working. Yet, they were still going to hand me a drink I didn't order without disclosing that upfront.This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. The lack of transparency and poor customer service are baffling. When I asked for my money back, the manager showed no accountability for the errors and didn't acknowledge the inconvenience caused.I have spent a lot of money at this location in the past, but after this experience, I will no longer return. I would rather drive to a different Dunkin' Donuts for better service and quality. This location desperately needs better management and training for its staff to improve functionality and customer satisfaction.

Always have great customer service, clean tables and floor and most of all, they have variety food choice from savory to sweet. Every time I order in a large amount for work, they have never complained and accommodated whatever I need. As a matter of fact, the manager even gave me his phone number and recommended me to call in advance so they can be more prepared. He was very professional and proactive. When you order drinks, they also customize it just they way you like with no problem. There are plenty of parking spaces and if you sign up for the rewards program, you can add points as you purchase any baked goods and drinks.

First of all, I have over 84 check in to this place you would think that I would get treated a bit better for being the top customer here. They don't have skilled workers here it's gone very downhill and they charged me and took away my points because I wanted to use my rewards and they didn't even give me the coffee since they said I didn't have enough points even though the app clearly shows I have enough points. I spoke to the manager and she didn't even try to offer me a complementary small coffee or anything to make up for it. I will not be returning. The coffee is full of sugar anyways.What is worse is that they already had made the coffee and they're going to throw it in the trash when they could've just honored it for me the one time . Worst customer service ever .

I love the munchkin donut holes that are offered here, but I actually do not like the regular full sized donuts from Dunkin'. I know a lot of people like them, and I know a couple that feel the same as I do. We all have our preferences, and my preference here are their donut holes. If you haven't tried them, you gotta!

Usually start work at 6am, arrived the area around 5:45am and thought to myself that it's Friday and I need something good. I picked Dunkin'. I have to say the service was very welcoming when ordering my donut holes (blueberry of course!) and a sough dough breakfast sandwich. It did take a little bit of time to get my breakfast sandwich, but nothing really to worry about. All was well, I think it was because I was the first customer in drive thru.I have to say the sandwich was really good! It looked exactly like the picture when it was ordered (see picture for proof). The hot sauce had the best amount of spice and flavor. Overall, I'm pleased. What a good way to start a Friday morning.

Coffee with cream and sugar was really hot and had great flavor. Even at 6 pm the coffee was fresh.The location is convenient, plenty of parking, Tesla chargers, and other places to shop.My wife ordered, and she was not happy with the service. When paying, the staffer wanted my wife to give her the cell phone to walk it away to another register to process the Apple Pay. There was not very good communication of why my wife had to give up her phone. After paying, my wife politely asked about her coffee, and the staffer rudely replied, "It's being made". Communication was not at its highest level of professionalism.

We came back to Dunkin to get the new refresher drinks. The wait for them to come back was worth it. They have 1 kinds, with 1 for a refresher and the 2nd is an energy refresher.We both got Strawberry with lemonade and they were really good.Will definitely be back.Also only get the energy one during the morning or early afternoon.

I ordered an avocado toast and paid almost $5 for this sad thing LOL. I did a side comparison to my hand just to show how small it is too. I could make an avocado toast way better than this... Also, some of their workers are kind of rude. I'm only giving 2 stars just because I do enjoy their iced coffee!

The sandwich was good. it came extremely quickly. everyone was pretty chill. its good.
