Dunkin'

This is the only Dunkin' that seems to have decaf breakfast tea! Per the online app, all locations are SUPPOSED to have it.. but it must not be a common menu item in OC because no other Dunkin' has had it (and then I've had to go through the hassle of requesting a refund). But yeeees! Thank you Jeffrey Dunkin' for keeping products in stock!I also tend to grab a few glazed Munchins to top things off. 2024: 60/100

I am just going to recommend to get off your car and walk-in rather than using drive-thru if you can. The inside is clean, and has that coffee shop vibe. Definitely got renovated recently because I dont remember it being so welcoming from my last visit. They have the fall flavors now (Pumpkin and Apple Cider) so come on and enjoy. 9 bucks for half a dozen its a good deal. Especially when the donuts are freshly made. I ordered through the kiosk as the register was busy and it was fast and to the point. Waited less than 5 minutes for my order. Overall super pleasant experience and will continue to come back.

I was the only person in the drive-thru, I ordered 2 donuts and a breakfast sandwich. It took them 15 minutes to give me my order, my breakfast sandwich is not just cold, but it's literally frozen in the middle.As for the donuts, this place loves to put your donuts frosting down on the bottom of the bag, they do it every time without fail...no matter what order you ask for them in, it's frosting down...every time.Lastly, one donut is comically smaller than the other and yet they're both $1.89...I know I've reviewed this place poorly before but it's always nice to come back 4 years later and see nothing has changed.It's clear they got some bots to give them 4-5 star reviews when my review from 2021 is the exact same complaints...frozen food, wrong orders, terrible drive-thru.

Great place and nice service. Be back 1000 times thanks. I brought a dozen. All different variety and loves it all. My kuds like the sweetness. I enough every morning.

I love Dunkin coffee, but the service is awful, and the foreigners they have working there speak poor English and never get the orders correct. Today, once again, a simple cold brew was difficult to order because the young, rude, and little English speaking foreigner couldn't understand or be nice. I even asked why she was rude, and she laughed and said, "I didn't know what I was ordering." This is why I don't visit Dunkin or try not to visit the one in Irvine. I guess I shouldn't be surprised since it's Irvine. It's not worth the headache when there is better service and coffee elsewhere.

I placed my order through the mobile app and got the six dollar meal deal. I was excited because I love their coffees, but not a huge fan of their donuts. But I thought a bagel sandwich. Where could they go wrong. Well, I'm here to say they can, could and did. I picked the bagel option. It came with hashbrowns and a coffee. The picture says it all where is the bacon in the sandwich and the hashbrowns had some sort of frozen seasoned taste to them not good at all. I ended up throwing it all the way, very disappointed I didn't go in the restaurant so I don't know what the ambience is like but the drive-through was pretty cool.

Had my worst customer service experience with rude staff. I will never come back to this place anymore.

Ordered a turkey sausage, egg and cheese sandwich and a large latte, but was given egg and cheese sandwich instead. It was a mobile order through the drive thru. I was going to go back, but I was already home.

The service here is soooo bad. People working have the worst attitude and it's very transparent in their mannerism that they don't want to work there. I pulled up in the drive thru, and the lady assisting me had the most dreadful tone of voice and would let out a loud sigh in-between the things I would order. Not only that but when I pulled up to the window, I was introduced with a "hello, how are you" and I followed with a "good, how are you" and the employee continued to tell me how tired she was. With people working like that and having such a bad attitude, it makes you question if you are able to trust the food you're handed, given the fact that the workers don't seem to care. Management has got to do something.

Probably the worst customer service ever!! How are you not able to modify a drink? Make it make sense. Yet I was still respectful and the guy was upset with me because I couldn't understand what he was saying because of his STRONG accent how is that my fault? Then a lady took over the order my food was just thrown in the box ! Like really what's going on with people. I understand we all have a job to do here. I deal with people all day but I am able to maintain my composure Dunkin' get it together! Don't be sorry just do better..
