My husband and I had a small issue we contacted them about and I must say they really care about their customer's satisfaction. They were very kind and accommodating. I definitely recommend them for their service and great food the breakfast is spot on. I don't know how they get their pancakes so beautiful! & Tasty too! I've yet to try lunch but I'm looking forward to. Their fries look very appealing!

I've been coming to this restaurant since I was a kid with my family, it was always a after church option for my family, now that I have my children, when in the area , I make an effort to come by. Not only because it brings back memories but the food is good and pricing is fair. Today I experienced something I've never experienced in my life. Probably the worse service I have received. The clerk, was mumbling, very cold shoulder, rude and would not bother to make eye contact when I repeatedly told her I couldn't hear her. ( I don't have the best of ears). After finally a few minutes of a brief order, I realized maybe she was having a bad day, or hated her job. Who knows, but I was trying to be understanding. However , I couldn't help but ask her , what's wrong? You look down or upset. She ignored me and handed me my water cups. I couldn't help but tell her that she has an unpleasant approach, and she was quick to respond to that with a "bye, have a nice day" . Needless to say, wont be coming back here ever again.

While eating lunch I can hear a gentleman while cleaning up talking about Asian people. Of course I know what Asian in Spanish is. Last time I'll go to a establishment that condone racist remarks

Sorry, was just here last week and went back and it was a mistake.Daughter got her burrito again which was good again. But I want to try the pancakes and that was a mistake. Their pancakes are nowhere near on par with the ones from IHOP, Denny's, or McDonald's.They tasted funny envelopes though they looked nice and fluffy and golden brown. I can't describe the taste but it was just funky. Also, the syrup was not the same either. Didn't taste like maple syrup and they called it Breakfast syrup. So I don't know what that means but it means does not taste good.

This is a quality independently owned for her joint in Santa ana on Fairview drive. It has your typical drive-thru and dining room area order at the counter and they'll bring the food to you. Everything's on the menu as you would expect. This time I went for the tuna melt which was darn good. They put tomatoes and dill pickle slices on it. If you haven't had dill pickle slices on a tuna melt, you've been missing out. Good onion rings that were crispy with that cool orange glow. All you can drink beverages. Definitely in the rotation

There' food is amazing!! I am there at least 2 times a week, however there staff is rude and sarcastic. I asked for a little bit of ranch since they usually sell a good size little tub for almost a dollar. I usually end up throwing half away. This time I decided to ask for a little bit instead of buying a big amount. They gave me the most ridiculous amount!! What a joke that's very disappointing!! I think they should appreciate there customers more than this specially if I'm there at least twice a week. SMH

Food is good but priceyDrive thru orders make sure you have everything you order.Recommend the zucchinis

Awesome place! Easy access in & out!! Perfect place for a lazy hazy Saturday afternoon. They serve all meals, great pancakes, so I'm told. Not a pancake guy, however they did smell wonderful!!My favorite is a double cheeseburger w/ fries. What can I say I'm easy to please. But if you get a chance, Dukes seriously has excellent sevice & great food. Clean and tidy, organized and as I mentioned great food. Great value for your money!!

DO NOT COME HERE.I thought I'd grab a quick bite for lunch and was nearby. Big mistake.I paid for the lunch special and within 4 minutes, my order was ready (should have asked for them to remake it).Now I'm experiencing severe food poisoning (several comments mention this as well). If you do end up going here--make sure they attempt to cook your food thoroughly and experience it yourself.
