Donut House

Writing this review makes me want to take a road trip to San Clemente. My family and I recently stayed at the Surf Breaker Hotel and took advantage of its proximity to the Donut House. We kicked off each morning with donuts, muffins, croissants, and breakfast sandwiches. They even had a beverage menu with a number of elevated coffees. I personally loved pairing their chocolate glazed old fashion with a chai tea latte. Other favorites among our group included their tiger claw and the maple bacon donut. They seemed to be well stocked throughout the day, so no need to crawl out of bed at 8am.Be sure to check in on Yelp for a free donut!

Kind service. They have a free little library which was super cute. I got a cinnamon roll and she threw in a free sugar donut. We will be back.

Lee is so nice. Yummy breakfast sandwich, gooey cheese, good donuts not greasy at all. Nice there is a micro to reheat your coffee before you leave. Cute shop.

Best damn breakfast sandwiches in the state. Very straight to the point ordering/ customer service, you honestly can't get any better. This absolute gem should be on your must try list. I go every Saturday and Sunday morning

We visited the Donut House on our stay in San Clemente in April 2024. They had a wide variety of amazing donuts. The lady who owned the shop gave us extra donuts which were amazing and very generous. We did not have enough to tip her so we told her we'd come back the next day for more donuts. This was before we had even tasted the donuts. They were the BEST donuts we had ever had. They were like fluffy pillows of clouds of yumminess. It's probably a good thing I don't live there or else I'd weigh a lot more than I do now. We will definitely go back when we are in the area again. The donuts were the best and the owner was the best!

Found this donut shop on a recent trip to San Clemente. So glad we did! Great selection of donuts. We tried several. All were delicious!Service was fast and friendly too. We'll definitely be back!

It was a little slow service but I didn't mind since I wasn't in a rush. They were so sweet and even gave me an extra donut for the wait. The donuts were really good though!! The inside is really cute too.
