Domino's Pizza

I ordered two large pizzas, make it your way for $9.99 each through the app. I monitored it through the app and it was ready, hot and delicious once I arrived to the restaurant. I am so confused by the negative reviews bc the process was easy and pizza is delicious, fresh and tons of ingredients!

For some reason I got a hankerin' for an oddball pizza - one of those supposed "secret menu" pizzas. It wasn't anything special; just a medium handmade pan, extra garlic parmesan sauce, extra cheese, extra cheese blend, Philly steak, bacon, mushroom, and onion.I placed the order online, and the app said it'd show up in 40 minutes and - according to the tracker, Jezebel got right on the order. In 30 minutes Raul was out with my pizza in his jaunty pizza delivery vehicle. In another 10 minutes, the tracker reported my pizza had been delivered.The only issue, of course, is that the pizza wasn't there. I waited. And waited. And waited. After 20 minutes I decided to call. The girl who answered the phone wasn't surprised that my pizza wasn't there. She took down my phone number, said they were busy, and that the driver would be there "soon." In the meantime, she promised me credit for another pizza on my account.A few minutes later, the pizza did, indeed, show up. It wasn't particularly warm. Which is odd, since it was burnt.Not that impressed with this particular Dominos - especially since I paid a PREMIUM price for a burned pizza. There are other high-end pizza joints around here (Buccaneers and Round Table come to mind) as well as Pizza Hut and the ol' entry-level Little Cesaers.This place hasn't got a great Yelp! rating, and it shows. Pick a different one if you want it timely and not burned.Supremely disappointed.

Yikes...over an hour wait and part of my order was missing. The driver's reaction was a shrug and walk off.Nice...

Garlic knots and sandwich was really greasy. It tasted good but I just couldn't get pass the grease so o had to throw everything away.

Every time I get dominos. I say to myself "this almost hits" but this place hits. Best location in OC.

Online order said it was ready. When I got there they said 2 more minutes.5 minutes later I see 1 of the employees drop a box (someone's order) on the floor. Pick it up. Then walk it to the back of the store. Then 10 seconds later a different employee walks to the front with the same box & puts it with the other orders. I laughed & immediately walked out. You got me f***ed up!

I wish I could continue patronizing this Domino's, but I do not think I have the true grit anymore. Sometimes the pizza is good, and sometimes the pizza gives my innards a bad case of the gaseous wiggles. One pizza had my GI tract torn plum out the frame for an hr. I did not even want to risk a sip of water.The main gripe I have with this location is that the pizzas are seldom sufficiently sliced. The slices should be easy to separate by hand. I do not want to rip my pizza apart like a bald eagle snacking on salmon. I want my pizza to put up as little resistance as possible. Sorry Domino's, I just do not have the poop anymore.

Ordered two medium pizzas, one mac & cheese bowl and a free bread bites I tracked the driver for an hour and a half on the app called the store two times to see where my order was. Driver finally showed up asked him why it took an hour and a half. He said he had 3Orders and gave me attitude and put two pizzas in my hands and through the bread bites and the Mac and cheese on top and gave me a huge attitude. I was appalled at his actions and attitude never have I encountered that in my whole life from a domino's delivery driver. The delivery driver I had I would not recommend him.

Very friendly and hardworking staff! Domino's is more convenient and cheaper when using delivery than Little Caesar's, which uses DoorDash and does not hire its own drivers, charges much more for delivery. With the Domino's app, you will save money over Little Caesar's, and you will get better quality (of the cheap chains) pizza. I will give Little Caesar's one positive: it is better than MAGA Papa John's. That isn't saying much.

I remember when I would order extra cheese on my pizza and I would get an amazing cheese engulfed pizza and it made me happy but man is this a let down.
