Domino's Pizza

I have to tell you takeout delivery pizza. This is the best I've ever had. I came in here. Miss ordered my pizza online because I really didn't know how to do it nor did my mother. I ordered wrong and they completely remade it and they were so kind and guiding me every wish way through the process. Everyone had a smile on their face and they work together as a crew. I'm very grateful for the staff here and the pizza was perfectly thin and crisp, not soggy! I will definitely return time again.

I ordered a pizza for pick up today, and one single pizza took 45 min to make. When they take that long to make it, you would expect it to be correct, but it wasn't. When it was finally ready, they set it on the counter, said here is your pizza, and walked away. No one asked if I would like plates or napkins, which I did want both. Since I realized I wasn't going to get any decent customer service I went ahead and left. Then I realized after leaving that they had put meat on my vegetarian pizza, so I had to turn around and drive back. I asked for the manager and was told there was none there - no wonder it's a shitshow when there is no manager on site. A woman named Bree told me she was the person in charge at the moment. I explained to her how upset I was that I had waited 45 min for one pizza to be made, wasn't offered any plates or napkins, drove home and realized that they had put meat on my veggie pizza which would have made my family extremely ill if we had eaten it and not caught their mistake. Bree said that they are busy because of their current promo and when they are this busy we can't expect quality - yes, she actually said this!!... and that mistakes ARE going to happen and its out of their hands. I asked her, whose hands is it in then, if not the employees?! After being flat out told by their staff that they ARE going to screw up when they are busy, and we shouldn't expect quality from them, and they have no control over their own actions, of taking way too long just to give you the wrong items that will make you violently ill, I won't come here again and will warn others not to as well. As someone with 20+ years of customer service management experience myself, I was appalled at the response I got. Not only taking zero responsibility ("its out of our hands"), but also having zero empathy, after I explained that after waiting so long for my food, driving home, seeing my order was messed up, having to drive back, I still had no dinner and now had to find something else after having wasted all that time. She just looked at me like I was wasting her precious time when she had better things to do. If you want to be treated with common courtesy, get an order that's correct, or get your food in a timely manner, this is NOT the place.

Dominos has gotten WAY better than it used to be. Pizza Hut used to be way better. Not anymore. Especially with the new New York style crust. Also, the customer service at this location is always amazing. There was an issue with my order, but Victor was amazing. He's a great employee. He fixed the issue and even gave us the pizza they accidentally made the wrong size. People make mistakes. No big deal. But it's great when an employee handles it the right way with a smile.

Terrible Pizza, Dry and Tasteless, I ordered 4 med and one cheesy bread.. everything was bad, hardly any Sauce, chicken and pepperoni on all the pizzas.. it was just like eating only bread, service was fast and delivery driver very friendly but overall will not be ordering from this location again due to the food.

Tried the new Mac n Cheese tonight. It's a complete SALT BOMB. The Garlic Parmesan Bites were saltier than usual too. Not a very good dining experience. The order was ready ahead of schedule.

I order 2 coke they gave me this :)) ? Disappointed never eat domino's Pizza again The price for food so expensive but the quality and the way they treat customer delivery is so bad

Hair found in pizza the slices were on a personal plate so not sure if the hair was on top of the pizza originally or underneath and came from the box. However it was a long wavy blonde hair.

Horrible take out pizza overdone. burnt crust!!Never again even with there 50% off deal. The person was nice. Always ck your pizza before you leave!!

Lately, I have been ordering from the Domino's Pizza in Lake Forest. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the handmade pan pizza and it tasted better with the discounts. Unfortunately, it seems to be following the same trend as the other pizza places. In order to keep the costs down, the quality seems to have gone down too.The last time I ordered the same handmade pan pizza, as all of the other times, and I noticed the lack of ingredients; barely any sauce or cheese. I'm not sure if this is a way to get people to order extra ingredients, but even with the coupons it isn't worth it.BTW - This is not the first time, but it is one of the worst times.I'm giving them a 2 out of 5 because the staff is friendly and the order was done on time, but I will have second thoughts on going back. At this point, it is a hit and miss as to the quality of the food of each order.

Walked in at 11:30 p.m. 30 minutes before closing. Did not want to take my order. Said they were closed. Online says it closes at 12:00 a.m. not professional at all.
