Domino's Pizza

The food was hot and delivered quick by Serdar. He followed instructions to get into the building and made it a true delivery. He was polite and friendly.

Ordering dominos today was a smooth process since the app offers a variety of coupons and tracks when the process from the food being made to the driver leaving the facility and being at your door step. I ordered the medium two topping pizza for 6.99 (w/ coupon) and cheesy bread. They're a bit stingy on the sauce side (1 dollar per) but I get inflation. The thin crust pizza is light and crunchy while the cheesy bread is gooey (in the best way possible) and savory. This was definitely more than enough food for me and I think I'll have enough food for the next few days. ** Shoutout to Armin for delivering my food in this crazy stormy weather!

The pizza here is okay since it tastes good, but they don't pack it with toppings. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and spinach/feta cheese bread, which came out piping out to my liking. I was less enthused on the amount of pepperoni to cheese ratio on my pizza. The crust was good though - fresh baked with garlic seasoning. The spinach feta cheese bread was also good, but lacked much feta cheese. Kinda what you'd expect of a Dominoes.

I love this Domino's. I've lived in Santa Ana, Costa Mesa, and now Irvine and have ordered from several locations throughout the years. This location is superior to the rest. I've always had great customer service. Normally I order through the app for pickup or delivery. I have not had problems with delays or wrong orders. 9 times out of 10 they will make it to my apartment front door (though sometimes we've had to meet them at the lobby) and they are always nice and courteous. The pizza and sides are always tasty and hot. Most of the time you get garlic on the entire pizza crust. Frequent domino's customers know that is almost unheard of. You can't beat domino's deals for pizza and sides but the food is quality as well. This location is tucked away near Trade and adjacent to the Irvine Towers. The location does not offer sit down but you can take your food to Trade and eat there if you'd like. As I mentioned, the customer service going inside for pick up is always on point. I frequently order from here and will continue to do so.

Yuck! Found hair in between cheese and toppings. Disgusting and threw away the entire pizza

Domino's is Domino's, but it ain't your Grampa's Domino's! Their updated menu is decidedly superior to what they used to offer. We ordered the Pacific Veggie Pan Pizza (no onions, extra cheese), and it was delicious. The tomatoes were flavorful, the mushrooms were roughly chopped which made for a more flavorful chunkier mushroom experience, and the olives and fresh spinach were plentiful and tasty. We also got the Melty 3-Cheese Loaded Tots. These are a great way to round out a meal, especially with the Ranch and Honey Barbecue dipping sauces. Next time, we'll get a salad too, to add a cool freshness to our other rich savory choices. They brought our order out to our car, as we'd opted for that when we ordered on the app; and thankfully included paper plates and napkins. We could have used forks for the tots, but oh well. The one thing I wish was clearer at this location is whether or not it's ok to eat our Domino's at the nearby food court tables just a few stores caddy-corner to Domino's - it's sort of enclosed and looks like it might be JUST for the food court businesses. We opted to just eat in the car, which was ok (just like pandemic times! #ugh). Overall a good fast-food pizza experience.

The worse Domino's ever. Drive little bit more but never go to this location .they are getting worse and worse . This is the picture of their 3 topping large pizzas. Literally it is just crust and sauce .Do you see any chicken? Barley mushrooms. They don't care . What would be their justification? They have set portion? Yes but diffidently this is not a set amount of your 3 tipping. This is stealing from customer and not ethical and not acceptable . Their quality and quantity in this branch is awful and I am not the only one saying that the whole neighborhood in Central Park west knows about this low quality branch and customer services.

Horrible communication, customer service and handling I have ordered a veggie pizza but got a pepperoni after waiting 45 mins for a pick up, I got home and I checked and it was pepperoni. I have called in and have shared that with them, I was asked to hold for a minute. 20 mins passed by, so i called them from wife number and they pick up. I had to call from 3 phones for them to understand that I'm aware of their silly games where they make you wait till you give upSpoke to Monica, the manager but I wish I didn't. Bottom line, horrible, disrespectful and unprofessional

What a horrible place with the worst customer service ever.I ordered a veggie and was given a pepperoni, and then when I called then kept putting me on hold for more than 30 mins so I can let it go and give up I was already at home, wasn't gonna go back and return it coz wasn't worth my time and at the point i already was over it but the audacity of them not admitting and beating it around made me speechless Disgusting and horrible service, manager name is Monica. She just didn't care to handle it or admit to the mistake
