Domino's Pizza

Best Pizza Ever Last night!I have never had better anywhere.They must have had Mr. Domino in house making pies!My last one here a few months ago was mediocre--under-cooked, very little chicken, not their best. But I gave them another try Sat night.Last night's pizza--cooked right, lot's of chicken, perfect sauce. I stopped my car in a parking lot on PCH nearby to have a slice before heading home, and ended up eating more than 1/2 the pizza before hitting the road.

There was a online order issue. As directed i called the store and a young lady helped me from beginning to end. I understand instore employees don't have control over the app, but she was able to help me get my food promptly. Amazing service from her, great team.

It's a coupon Me: what is the difference if it's coming from your store anyway Her: "we tried to help you" and HANGS UP THE PHONE I call back, rings for over 2min and she answers "stop harassing us" I have the ENTIRE THING AND WILL BE HOLDING HER ACCOUNTABLE I AM SO TIRED OF COVID LETTING PEOPLE TREAT CUSTOMERS HOWEVER THEY WANT BECAUSE THEY THINK THEY CANNOT BE REPLACEDTRUST THIS AUDIO WILL DEFINITELY BE TWEETED.

While staying on vacation here at Newport, the boys needed pizza. Ordered online for curbside pickup. Pizzas were ready when they said they would be. Same domino's consistency. No complaints.

I thought I'd try a different crust than the one I had done time ago that was like matzo and that I threw away. The NY is not very good and an affront to NY pizza. This is what I'd expect from an average frozen pie.Not crispy crust, not flavorful sauce and scarce toppings or cheese. I ordered online and requested texts on when it would be ready. I received no text and forgot about the order. 30 minutes later I remembered and looked up my order. It said it was placed 5 hours earlier and didn't even say if it was ready. Too bad, it's a block from home but no more.

I'm currently and unexpectedly bed ridden, I placed a delivery order with Dominoes, in CDM explaining my situation! They sent " Carlos " to deliver my hot, delicious pizzas! Carlos , recognizing my situation, went into my refrigerator to get me something to drink, made sure I was safe, closed and checked the doors and asked if I needed anything else. I can't thank "Carlos" enough for going above and beyond his delivery duties! Yes , I did give him a good tip

I tried to order a pizza from Domino"s by telephone. First, I gave all my order information and delivery information to the gentleman who answered the phone. He put me on hold for a brief minute. When he came back he informed me that he could not place the order and would have to transfer me to my local store, which he did. Over ten minutes later I was still on hold. WEll, since I was hungry I hung up and called another pizza restaurant. That entire transaction took less than two minutes! So, it will be a cold day in a very hot religious place before I will ever call Domino's again!

This Dominoe's has went completely down hill since the change of ownership in the past few months. It's like they just don't even care about the quality of what they make anymore...Do not order from this store; you will be highly disappointed !!!

They always get my order right and it's always on time. Grateful to have them for activities, events, and lazy dinner nights!
