1st visit:Likes:+ The food was decent. Love me some phở dặc biệt with the condiment trifecta: hoisin, sriracha, chili oil. + Beautiful interior decor.+ Decently priced.+ Helpful, polite staff.+ Weeknights they open late, until midnight. Fri & Sun open until 2am.+ They have multiple restrooms.Non-likes:- Sketchy outdoor ambience at night.I had phở dặc biệt (special combo) + nước cam vắt (squeezed OJ) + tax + tip= $25___2nd visit:+ Menu price is the same as on UberEats. (Order pickup is temporarily closed on DoorDash)+ Polite staff.Non-likes:- Service speed is a hit-or-miss. On my 2nd visit, my to-go order was supposed to be ready at 7:54pm. Didn't come out until 25 min after.I had:$13.95 #28 Cháo Thập Cẩm___3rd visit:+ Great price for the quantity of meat per order. Wish other businesses followed the same practice.+ I love that they decorated the place for Valentine's Day. 2025- Unfortunately they were out of berry yogurt. The lychee yogurt was still good though. A lot of ice though.___It may even be $1 cheaper on UberEats. ;)

Went here twice, once with just my wife, and another for a family outing.Negatives:-taste, the food is a little salty for my taste. Though my mom liked it because she prefers everything a little extra salty -too many options, this ended up being a negative for them because they was just too many options without a true focus or specialty.-service, our waiter was a little short. His attitude was rude especially when I came with my parents who are elders compared to our waiter.Positives:-Value, the prices are reasonable -ambiance/space, this restaurant is large and it was able to accommodate for larger families easily. We had 7 people total.Overall 4/5

My family and I come here all the time... maybe a bit too often, but it's because the food is just that delicious! This place is famous for their Mi Din Ky (Vietnamese Authentic Noodle Soup), and it's an absolute must-try. We're especially fans of their kho (dry) dishes, which comes with a side of soup. The yellow egg noodles are perfectly chewy, and while the dishes can lean on the saltier side, they're packed with flavor. My personal favorite is the Fried Marinated Quail with Egg Noodle (Mi Kho Chim Cut). It's well-seasoned, slightly more exotic than the usual, and absolutely delicious. If you're looking for a classic recommendation, you can't go wrong with the Mi Xa Xiu (Char-Siu with Egg Noodle)--a dependable, flavorful option. This is one of the few places you can try Ca Phe Muoi (Vietnamese Sea Salt Coffee) and I'd recommend giving it a shot as well if you're there early in the morning - fair warning, it's VERY strong so be aware to drink slowly... and taste the yumminess of Vietnamese food!

The good:I tried the egg noodles with shrimp and pork, the bo luc lac stir fried noodles and the com tam dac biet. I tried the salted Vietnamese coffee which was so satisfying. The salty, sweet and chicory flavor was excellent. They gave a free bowl of che at the end of the meal which my mom really loved (not too sweet). They open from 9AM until midnight everyday! The interior was modern and a little bit fancy. . The food came out quickly. I thought the my (egg noodles) were good. I liked the broken rice in the com tam and the nuoc mam was great. The bad:The grilled pork in the com tam was fatty. The bo luc lac meat with the noodle dish had great wok flavor and was tender but was quite chewy (my daughter had trouble eating it because of how much she had to chew). There's no outdoor seating. The interesting:Their menu is massive. There is something here for everyone.

This is one of the newer restaurants in Westminster and has been opened for a month. They are still in their Grand Opening phase so there are still a few kinks that need to be ironed out. A very obvious flaw is their spice level. I ordered the beef salad and the fish sauce that came with it (premixed) was a 9 out of 10 spice level. I can handle my heat, but this was too spicy to be enjoyable. My recommendation is to serve the fish sauce on the side and allow the customer to adjust the spice level as well as the amount of sauce.I also found it odd that my vermicelli noodles were piping hot. Typically this noodle dish is served with room temperature noodles so that it doesn't wilt the fresh veggies and absorb all of the fish sauce. In all my years of eating this (both at restaurants and at home), I've never had hot vermicelli noodles. I did not like it hot. Once the noodles cooled down, they have a nicer chewy texture that I much prefer, but by then my fresh veggies were all wilted and the noodles had absorbed all of the fish sauce. The egg noodles were really great! The sauce was savory and the noodles had a nice. The serving size was a bit on the smaller side (not much noodles but there were plenty of toppings). The restaurant is nicely decorated and the wait staff were all very polite.I didn't expect to have any desserts, but they offered complimentary taro and tapioca dessert. I liked how it was mildly sweet.

Arrived on a Sunday afternoon the parking plaza is huge and there is plenty of huge spacious seating inside as well. This place would be great for larger parties they seated my party of 6 immediately as well. The service here is just okay we had to repeat our orders a few times to make sure it was right but they still messed up our togo order. I got a dry bbq pork wonton egg noodle bowl. It was good and flavorful but when I was finishing off my bowl I noticed that the broth was too salty. They didn't give much pork and the wontons didn't have much filling and were falling apart in the bowl. The fried shrimp chip they give you is also too oily.

What a great gem in Santa Ana!! I got a small seafood soup, spring rolls and a lychee green tea. The soup a generous portion for the ordered size and so very savory! The spring rolls were fresh and tasty with the homemade peanut butter sauce. The lychee green tea was declious with real chunks of lychee. Incredible! The price was also reasonable. The dining area was clean and pleasant. And the service was top shelf! Five stars!! I will visit again.

I was really craving pho after finishing some projects and this was the only place opened until 1 AM. My food came out really quick. I got their steak pho and it was sweet and savory! I enjoyed the side toppings come with it, like pickled garlic and extra fish sauce. The place is spacious and clean! My waiter was also attentive, even when it was late. I would come here even during regular hours!
