Food has gotten so much smaller than how they used to be. A lot of filler in tacos and burritos instead of meat. Every single Del Taco we get is completely ripped/broken at the bottom allowing all of the meat to fall out. A lot of times they get the order wrong in the drive thru. This place has really gone downhill. There is a lot of seating inside but it's not very clean. The kitchen looks absolutely disgusting from what I could see from the front counter. We have been very loyal customers for years, but I don't think we will be going back anytime soon.

It's been 6mo since I ate here. Not sure why I went back. Probably because it was after midnight and nothing else was open. I was hoping for something better than last time. Store was quiet and clean. We were the only ones in the drive-through. Order took a bit longer than normal. Cashier was nice. Said they were making everything fresh. Ordered a couple egg and cheese rollers with extra cheese, two orders ofhashbrowns sticks, two breakfast burritos with bacon no red sauce, Macho fries, a chicken, soft taco with sour cream and guacamole and a quesadilla. We didn't get the extra cheese in the rollers. We also didn't get the sour cream and guacamole and the chicken soft taco. I've been eating at Del taco since the mid 80s. Their quesadillas just aren't the same. They are much smaller, use less cheese and there are no more peppers inside which gave the Del Taco flavor. The macho fries were greasy. Probably double dipped in the oil because they didn't wanna waste the fries in the heat bin. I've been in the fast food industry for 40 years, I know what I know. I paid for all the extras and didn't get any of it. Which really stinks because it is no longer "get a lot for what you got". What happened to this location? Used to be top notch.

This Del Taco was fabulous! I used the Fri e through and the person taking my order was pleasant, upbeat, friendly, and courteous. He announced the final price and directed you to the appropriate window. The food tasted great! Fresh ingredients and full of flavor. (No skimping on anything). The value is great.

Usually pretty decent fast food joint. Kind of surprised tonight when I unwrapped my bun-taco. The thing was wadded-up in the wrapper and literally looked like they just dug it out of the trash. Won't be going back!

Love this place! Especially the morning crew. The drive through is comfortably sized. Decent normal parking lot. I rarely see homeless people hanging around and causing problems. The inside is clean and remodeled in the last few years.

I order here often and am constantly disappointed. The morning crew sucks at the breakfast menu never enough cheese. Maybe I'm too white but that birria is disgusting! I ordered extra lime. They are so skinny and no juice and had to fish them out of the grease no! Asked for extra cilantro that I didn't get and what am I supposed to do with the juice? No tortillas? Drink it?

I ordered a Del double cheeseburger. It was prepared fast within 45 seconds from time I ordered until they gave it to me. When I arrived home about 1 mile away and took a bite. The burger patty was cold over cooked and inedible. You could tell Pattie's were pre-cooked and put together in the time it took me to drive up with no one in front of me. The burger is disgusting and not fit for human consumption. See photo of burnt burger that there is no way cooked when o ordered it. It must have set for a long time prior to my order

The E. Chapman Del Taco is a very good Del Taco. Portion sizes are good to generous. They serve everything hot and fresh. They usually get your order right and include all the items. We mainly visit the drive-thru on weekday nights after 10 pm. We've eaten here regularly for five years. This most recent visit included four burritos, two of them with special requests. They did all four perfectly. We also had a large (Macho) French fries and the cooking oil was fresh and the fries were fresh made to order but were slightly undercooked. That's unusual here. We also had one Del Cheeseburger well done. It was done correctly and was delicious. They provided all the sauces and ketchups we requested and were not stingy. Napkins were provided. So good service! The parking lot and drive thru were clean, well lit and properly maintained. I've always felt safe at this Del Taco and have never been harassed by strangers here. This Del Taco is definitely a cut above the average Del Taco. I strongly recommend them to you.

For decades, I've eaten at this Del Taco, and usually loved it. However, in the last year or so, the quality and quantity of the food has gone downhill, while the prices have gone up.Over the years, I used to occasionally receive an under-filled taco or burrito, or a chicken soft-taco with stale (crunchy) chicken. But recently, things have gotten worse even as prices have increased.Last night, I received a red burrito that was only half-full, and it consisted entirely of beans (no cheese and no red sauce). I also ordered two chicken soft tacos which were nearly empty - and it appears that they have actually made the tortillas smaller as well. And I paid $10.00 for that. Only a few years ago, it was far cheaper.Del Taco used to be my go to fast food place. But now, this place appears to be in a death spiral of higher prices and lower food quality.Never again.

Came in tonight around 10:15 PM. We ordered a number one combo meal, instead they gave us a number eight combo meal. When I got to the window, I checked the receipt and bags of food and I let the girl working the window know that they wrote it down wrong. She had a lot of attitude. It took a while for the inside workers to fix the order. Food was good.
