Went here this morning attempting to stop at a new one on the way to work. Ordered my usual number 2 with no lettece and sauce and got it covered in lettuce. Ordered a crunchy taco no lettuce and same thing!! Tried to call but no answer and they then hung up when I got through So now on my lunch I have to go back

This place sucks bad! Every time I go here it's always the same crap not fresh. They forget my order just a terrible ran place terrible place to eat. I understand that fast food is fast food but when you can go get Del taco in Irvine off Alton and almost 100% guaranteed it's as fresh as it can be This place on Avery sucks stay away from this place!

Quick and easy fast food option. It's a cheaper version of Taco Bell. Plenty of locations so you can get their street tacos which is quite yummy. I used to get their ice coffee but recently they changed the formula and it taste a lot of cinnamon. Don't like it.

All I wanted to do was place a doordash order because I have the flu and don't feel good enough to drive. But everytime I do they always mess up my order so I called in to tell them to make sure they don't put any tomatoes because I'm allergic but they deliberately don't answer the phone on purpose after 4 times of calling they answered and just stayed silent they didn't say one word then they hung up and cut off the phone lines so you can't call anymore this is the worst customer service I've ever fucking had these teenage workers are shit no one is forcing you to work at Del taco if you don't like the job don't fucking work there.

Are you hiring at the Avery location? Because I want to do NOTHING, and get paid for it, just like these people. When somebody says FRIES WELL DONE, that means FRIES WELL DONE! Ok, pull around to the front and wait because it all takes longer to cook. OKWAITING WAITING WAITING WAITING Out comes Agapito with my order and guess what? SOGGY UNCOOKED FRIES. They ask which taco sauce you want, I tell them hot . THAT MEANS HOT!INSTEAD THERES NOTHING. By the time I figure all this out, I'm on the freeway. When hiring people, do you only hire the ones that fail the test? You have one job to do, and you can't even do that, absolutely incredible. Do you go out of your way to hire the stupidest people imaginable? I await your reply.....
